    Great business trip!

    The staff at this hotel are beyond amazing. They are attentive and personable. The bartender/restaurant manager Aaron and the desk attendant Hanna become our cast friends and took great care of us during our week stay. Being away from home for business isn’t always fun but they made it a great experience for us and we’re super accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and felt at home. Aaron’s service and bartending was a step above the rest. He made excellent drinks and he was so hospitable! Hanna was also very sweet and approachable. She made sure our stay was amazing.

    Breath of Fresh Air

    I didn't have a great trip getting to Sacramento, but once at the hotel, they made me feel relaxed and at home. The check in was very quick and the hotel staff are incredibly kind. Both Daisy and Luchie helped me the following morning and they were so sweet to me. I will always stay here when I come to Sacramento.

    Excellent Stay for Business Travel – Outstanding Staff!

    I stayed here back in November 2024 while traveling for work with a few colleagues, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and perfectly suited for business travelers—with convenient amenities and a great location. What really made our stay memorable was the incredible staff. A huge shoutout to Shelia, Jason, and Aaron for going above and beyond. They were always warm, welcoming, professional, attentive, and quick to help with any request. Their level of service truly stood out and made us feel well taken care of. I highly recommend Hilton Garden Inn Sacramento/South Natomas for both business and leisure travel. I’m already booked for my next business travel in May! Also, say “Hi” to the turkeys in the parking lot.

    Stellar Staff, Beautiful Surroundings

    What a lovely property that allowed this business traveler to feel like I wasn’t in the stock hotel. The lobby, pool, and grounds are well maintained. But the real stars of this hotel are the staff! Every interaction I’ve had with a staff member made me feel welcome and cared for. I travel a lot and this staff was worthy of a luxury hotel. Attentive, conversational, and warm, the team really shines. Special shout out to Luchie for the welcome and cat treats to take home, to Shelia for helping me settle in. Caitlin served up a great dinner experience. Thank you for all your care! Makes being away from home a little easier.

    Overall quiet and comfortable place. Friendly staff all hours of the day.

    Clean rooms and fast friendly service. Ate at restaurant in hotel for breakfast and lunch. Very nice people. Very helpful when checking in. Staff was friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable about places to visit and eat. The flavored water was great!!
