    Disappointed

    After 4 different Hilton hotels on my trip the last one stayed got me very disappointed. House keeper started knocking on my door starting at 730 and by 1030 she already came back 3-4 times. I can hear her knocking on everyone else’s doors and talking loudly to another housekeeper all the time. I arrived late last night at 2 am and by 730 they want me out?? She is still knocking on doors while i am writing this. Very disappointed. I liked all other Hiltons and I wouldn’t go to any other hotel but this is making me think twice.

    Contactless, clean, easy

    Hilton's Honors app provided contactless checkin, and my phone as front door & room key. It was all super easy, very clean. I would definitely choose a Hilton again in these times. It was also convenient, right off the highway on a quiet little road so we could take a little walk in the evening.

    Front Desk Supervisor deserves recognition!

    Front desk supervisor Luchie Leonido was very accommodating during our one night stay. We were missing a tv remote control in our room upon arrival and she was able to provide us with one in a timely manner when it appeared as though she was on duty by herself with many guests arriving at once including some very rude and impatient guests. As one who is obviously in a front line position during this covid crisis, she deserves to receive courtesy & respect for a job well done! Thank you Lichie for all you do!

    Standard HGI. Friendly Staff

    Traveled 3/4 time for 6 months of work to the Sac area. Staff was very friendly, especially after they began to recognize me. Always helpful with the occasional non-standard ask, such as needing help to remove a stain in a shirt, finding shoes I left behind, etc. Rate the staff a 4. Some of the rooms have minor issues, such as tub drains that won't stay fully up, scraped TV screen, stains on the lampshade. Most are fine. The rooms that face the highway have enough traffic noise all night to be irritating. Pick a room facing inwards or towards the open field "behind" the hotel.

    One night stay

    I booked a 1 night stay for my son as he was driving from Washington to Arizona to be with us. I booked this hotel because of the precautions and cleaning they were supposedly taking for Covid19. I booked directly through the hotel and am a Hilton Honors member and have always been happy with the hotels I have stayed in. I specifically asked if there was secure parking and was told yes. It was not secure and the first thing my son saw when parking was the sign saying we are not responsible for any theft or damage for parking. He had driven for 16hours, got to his room and when he pulled back the sheets there was a long black hair in the middle of the bed : ( He was tired and had another 14hour drive in the morning so slept on top of the bedding. Otherwise he said the room was pretty good but felt it was somewhat overpriced.
