    Harrah's get Away

Great room. Enjoyed our visit. Watching Master in sports bar in great seats. Only problem we had was checking in. Very long line at 3.00pm. Auto checking for key and room never works for us. Had to wait in line morning for check in and again in afternoon key.

    Okay Hotel with No Extras

I attended a conference at this hotel. In the main conference meeting room, there was only one small low-tech screen in a wide room. It made it difficult to see the screen when sitting in the back. My room was fairly clean. I stayed 5 nights. Housekeeping came on the weekdays but not on the weekends. My advice to Ryan Bennett is if you can't get all the occupied rooms cleaned, then you need to hire a new manager and close some rooms until enough housekeepers can be hired. During Covid at some hotels, people put their trash and towels in the hall. Maybe that is what is expected on the weekends. I saw the MJ Live show. Apparently the music isn't licensed so the songs don't sound exactly like Michael Jackson music. The strobe lights were very bright and blinding. But the performers were talented. As others have noted, the shower only has half a door (very slippery bathroom floor) so the floor gets wet. Why would the management buy this design? The room has no refrigerator and no microwave. Nothing in the store has a price on it. 14 ounces of milk was $7 but at least they had it. The resort fee includes only 2 internet devices per room. It was slow and the TV often had a spinning wheel when watching regular TV shows. The free chairs at the pool are far way from the pool. The daybeds you pay for are $100-600 per day. People are on them so maybe is is a comped benefit from gambling. There are some good points. The check in and check out employees were very nice and efficient. The beds were comfortable and each has a mattress protector and a mattress pad. For those who travel, check your bed for these two items in your next hotel. My room was clean and may have been recently renovated. There is a dispenser with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. A Keurig coffee maker is available but it costs $20 for a kit with Keurig pods. Thanks to another reviewer, I brought my own pods. The burgers in the food court were delicious. Close by are a Subway, Walgreens, Denny's, and Outback with reasonable prices.

AVOID Harrah's Like the Plague - Old, Dirty, and Broken

If I could give zero stars, I would. My recent stay (or should I say, endurance test) at Harrah's Las Vegas was genuinely one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Don't be fooled by the name or location; this place is a disaster zone. Let's start with the room. "Clean" is apparently a foreign concept here. Dust coated every surface, making it clear housekeeping hadn't done a proper job in ages. The room felt grimy, tired, and just plain not good. It wasn't just dated; it felt neglected and certainly not up to any reasonable standard of cleanliness you'd expect from a hotel. The service? What service? Trying to get anything, from extra towels to simply asking a question, felt like pulling teeth. Staff seemed either totally uninterested or completely overwhelmed. Expect long waits for everything, if you even get a response at all. "Late service" is an understatement; "non-existent service" is more accurate. Then there's the casino floor itself. Forget glamour; think "managed decay." The building is clearly old and desperately needs renovation. The most shocking part? The leaks! We saw actual buckets catching drips from the ceiling in multiple spots on the casino floor. It's embarrassing and frankly disgusting. And the final insult? They actually close restrooms! Trying to find an available, open restroom felt like a scavenger hunt. For a major casino supposedly catering to paying customers, closing off necessary facilities is absolutely unacceptable and incredibly inconvenient. Save your money and your sanity. This place feels like it's crumbling, the rooms are dirty, the service is terrible, and they can't even keep the ceilings from leaking or the bathrooms open. There are countless better options in Vegas. Don't make the mistake we did – book literally anywhere else.

Entire hotel smells of stale cigarette smoke.

If you are a smoker, the smell won’t bother you. But if cig smoke bothers you, there is no avoiding it. Must walk thru Smokey casino to get to elevator to rooms. Especially tower rooms. Elevator is placed in casino. No way around. But room was fine. Bed, pillows and bathroom hood. Housekeeping never came. We stayed 3 nights. We eventually called for towels and garbage removal and they came fairly quickly.

    Trip of a lifetime!!

I'm 67 years old and this was the best vacation I have ever had! Went to 2 Donny Osmond VIPs and shows and had the time of my life!! Harrahs was excellent in all categories and the front desk folks were very good to me. Housekeeping did a great job as well. Thank you ever so much for making my trip memorable and I can't wait to come back! Sincerely, Ricki
