    Hotel breakdown

Housekeeping was poor. The hostess was excellent. Room was not very good. The casino staff was very good and friendly. The wolf restaurant was very nice and staff was very friendly and helpful. I miss Harvey’s and look forward to seeing the new hotel and what it has to offer

    Great Views

Great view of the mountains from the 14th floor. Queen double beds room 1434 has two bathrooms which is a bonus when sharing a room. One bathroom has a tub the other a shower. Rooms are basic but have everything needed. The casino floor didn’t have many options of entertainment besides gambling during the weekdays. Some of the Bars and shows were closed. Remodeling started very early on two of the days of four. Hells Kitchen and Wolf restaurants at Harvey’s were a welcomed addition. I appreciate the location of this hotel option and will continue to stay , preferably not during construction.

    Great trip

We got a great deal thru Ceasars Rewards Air for this trip. 4 nights including airfare. Check-in was seamless. They had our room keys ready for us. Executive 2 queen room. All rooms here have two bathrooms. Incredible concept. Too bad other hotels never followed this lead. LOL. Our room was large and very clean. I travel with a black-light flashlight to check for bugs and human enthusiasm. Both beds and both bathrooms were spotless. The wood furniture had some bumps and scratches, but travelers don’t treat hotel rooms with the same courtesy as their homes, so it’s to be expected. Large sofa (also spotlessly clean) with two large windows offering great views of the lake and mountains. American River Cafe, Sapori Italian and Fridays Station were all wonderful. Ask for Matt to serve at Friday Station. Kept our drinks coming and offered great advice on dinner and wine. Sea bass and steaks were done to perfection. Casino was lively, fun, and not smoky. The only negative was the hot tub not working. Front desk said it was new, but not holding a good temperature. Steam room at sister property Harvey’s was a sufficient alternative. Steam and sauna in locker rooms. Sauna also not working. The two resorts are connected by an underground tunnel. No need to bundle up for February weather.

    No real Tahoe experience

Pillows are very old.toiletries are the likes of 1 star inn. They don’t clean rooms .you have to request but you have to have a valid reason why you are requesting. We came on a weekend, casinos are packed and no it’s a mess.the restrooms are all dirty and nobody is cleaning. No host around to ask for assistance. For a simple as reversing my rewards credits that was accidentally taken out by Starbucks—there was no one to help! @harrahslaketahoe Am so disappointed the first day but have no choice but to stay 4 days !neveragain!
