Biloxi Lighthouse
The Biloxi Lighthouse (built in 1848) is the only lighthouse in the United States to stand in the middle of a four-lane highway. The lighthouse survived Hurricane Katrina and is reported to be the most photographed landmark on

Sandhill Crane National Wildlife Refuge
The refuge was established in 1975 under authority of the Endangered Species Act to protect the critically endangered Mississippi Sandhill cranes and their unique, and itself endangered, wet pine savanna habitat. The visitor

Maritime and Seafood Industry Museum
This museum was established in 1986 to preserve and interpret the maritime history and heritage of Biloxi and the Mississippi Gulf Coast. It accomplishes this mission through an array of exhibits on shrimping, oystering, recreational
fishing, wetlands, managing marine resources, charter boats, marine blacksmithing, wooden boat building, netmaking, catboats/Biloxi skiff, shrimp peeling machine and numerous historic photographs and objects.
Beauvoir Mansion
This is the historic post-war home (1876-1889) of the former Confederate, Jefferson Davis. In 2008, the Beauvoir House was fully restored from Hurricane Katrina and brought back to its original condition of when President and Varina Davis lived there.

Tired Hotel - Limited Food Options (unless you like everything fried)
Stayed here on business during May 24. Only option as other choices were fully booked, which having now stayed at Hurrahs, can fully understand why it wasn't.
Bedrooms were OK but didn't realise warm water for your shower was an added extra.
The rooms have a distinctive unpleasant aroma about them which is more down to there being no natural airflow in them.
Restaurant and food options are very (very) limited to fried food and fries. If you have the slightest interest in your calorific intake eat elsewhere or, bring your own food. Service at the Starbucks in the lobby could be reviewed with the key objective being to offer customer service, as a minimum.

Harrah’s falling off !! Beware !!
So checked in on 4/3 my bday !! we got there about an hour after check in and it was no wait, the lady who checked me In was rude and rushed so much she ain’t even acknowledge or tell me happy bday ! So around 10/11pm I’m getting dressed to go out to casino for the night etc mind you I even left my lil blue tooth speaker at home this time (on accident) I’m in bathroom my bf in bed waiting on me , why did security come to our room banging on door hella loud & rude yelling at my bf i hop out shower with towl on like what’s going on ? She like she got noise complaint about us I swung door open hella far so she could see it ain’t us we didn’t even have the tv on she didn’t say sorry nothing I was so mad I couldn’t even get dressed to do mymake up nothing !!! So we just went strraight down stairs to casino ! Within the 1st hours my bf got a hand pay out and I was doing good to why about 5/6 am security come up to me like you have to take off your hood , I’m like huh ? Iv been on casino floor since 11pm last night with a hood on !!he just made such a big deal out of it we just went back to room. This is my 4th year coming to Harrah’s for my bday I loved it here but I will say it’s less slots on floor ! Harrah’s was my fav , Every year I stayed at Harrah’s it was soooo much fun& I always win money ! I even had my blue tooth speaker last year ain’t have no noise complaint! Just to get my receipt and be charged for WiFi for a laptop we don’t even own !! I don’t know what they charged me for it made no sense , I was in a smoking room totally lost my 100$ deposit which never happened either ! So beware Harrah’s falling off !!

Everyone was more than helpful and friendly. The rooms are very comfortable. No problems with anything. We liked the fact that Steak and Shake was open 24hrs a day. It is an older casino so if you want everything to be new and shiny this is not the hotel for you.

Blah
The person at the front desk was not very nice. We were supposed to have a room with a view of the Gulf. We were placed in a room on the 2nd floor that was facing the coast but when we drew back the curtains, all we saw were pipes on the roof. There was NO view and the room smelled of dogs. Not impressed.
