We had an amazing stay! The food was delicious, the views were breathtaking, and the service was top-notch. Our kids had a blast at the pool and beach, which made the trip even more enjoyable for the whole family. A special shoutout to Jessy and the buffet staff — your outstanding service truly made our experience unforgettable. We’ll definitely be recommending this resort to our family and friends!

Hard Rock Resorts Never Disappoint!
We just returned from a week-long visit to Cancun Mexico and could not be any more pleased with the experience and the service we received. One individual that went above and beyond was Jessy. She reached out prior to our visit and because of her proactive initiatives we were able to get all of our spas, excursions, and dinner reservations reserved before we even left the United States. On top of that she scheduled a private lunch for all of us and an amazing Beachside personalized dinner one of the nights that we were there. The food at both events was absolutely amazing. She truly helped make our visit memorable and deserves many kudos for the professional that she is. Hard Rock Resort Cancun is lucky to have her!

Worst and scariest experience at this resort. One of our nights stay our hotel room was attempted to be broken into in the middle of the night. From kicking and hitting they broke the security lock and cracked the door. We filed a report, took pictures and had to spend our last full day packing up and waiting for them to transfer us rooms. Once we were in a new room the door key bracelets wouldn’t work and we had to revisit the front desk 2 more times. This was our entire day dealing with it. They said they would review cameras but didn’t provide us any information. We paid $600 for our upgrade and upon leaving we requested that money be reimbursed. They told us they could only reimburse $316 and had me sign a compensation form to get a refund. It’s been 2 weeks and multiple attempts to collect funds with no response from management or the hotel on refund. On top of this experience our friends balcony hotel room ceiling caved in. They were also told they would receive a refund and haven’t.

One of our many Hard Rock trips!!!!
The staff at the Hard Rock make the vacation even better. Our butlers Kevoy and Hector provide top notch service. We never went without a want or need answered immediately. It was beautiful, food was good, drinks were always in hand, and the shows were very entertaining. We will definitely be back!!!!

Great Time at Hard Rock Hotel Cancun
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Hard Rock Resort in Cancun. The property was well maintained, and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. Our stay was made even more enjoyable because of our butlers, Ernesto and Roberto. They were exceptional. Dinner reservations were made for us every night, daily poolside seating was arranged, ground transportation, etc. They checked in with us several times during the day to see if we needed anything or had questions. Our stay was stress free because of them.
