Amazing people
This is our 4th time going there, we always love to see Yaneiry- Rosa- Dilcia and Kimble from PTC members beach. Who go the extra mile each day to ensure that we are enjoying ourselves and well taken care of. Additionally, it’s a blessing as a PTC member to have access to a butler, and Maritza is hands down the best out of any Palladium property we have been to.

The service at this hotel was the worst me and my family have ever experience. We did make the most out of it as an overall my kids loved it as for me and my partner the service was shocking waiting for a drink you had to wait over 20 minutes. There was only two people that I could say customer service was outstanding and that was for Michael at the pool bartender. Other than him regarding the service I have nothing good to say the actual facilities in the hotel were pretty good. The hotel was clean. There was one day that the cleaner only left two towels in the room bearing in mind there is a family or five in there, two adults and three children And I had to ask for another towel and they told me that I can’t have one because she was cleaning on another floor and I had to practically beggar to give me an extra towel which I shouldn’t have to do when I’ve paid over eight grand to go on this holiday. We went to the Italian and Italian was good the other food was awful. The Indian gave myself and my kids food poisoning for two days. I was just very disappointed because I had very high expectations and they did not meet the expectations that we expected and I’m talking basic expectations like greeting someone when you walk past. Just basic customer service.

We would return!
Within half an hour of arriving we were completely relaxed. Our reception welcome was efficient, attentive and welcoming. Great choice of restaurants (indian and steak house were our favs), pools (the adults only is heaven) fantastic gym facilities for a hotel, stunning hotel grounds and the beach and sea are stunning. We were very concerned before arrival about sickness and the quality of the hotel based on reviews, please ignore these. We avoided washed salads, took extra care when brushing teeth and were cautious about sushi (we still ate it, just what we had seen freshly made) and all had a wonderful holiday. Sunstroke and too much alcohol is a likely cause for many! The hotel and beach all felt really safe, the staff were all friendly, again the way some guests speak to the staff, I'm not surprised if they are rude back (but we didnt witness this) simple manners and respect cost nothing. Thank you to all the staff across the whole hotel! The POP team were great, speaking multiple languages and making us all feel welcome. Sometimes teens and children can't join activities, so some more child only ones would be good, although the kids club is on site. The room was always cleaned, had everything we needed. You do need to step up and then down into the shower over the bath, so anyone with mobility issues would need to consider this. The hotel was a great choice for our family and we would love to return in the future, we wish we were still there.

Perfect holiday
We have stayed here many times and never been dissatisfied or disappointed. The hotel provides total relaxation with staff who are happy to help and do their jobs. The friendly atmosphere aids relaxation. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and feel I have given them the best recommendation.
