Great dining experience!
Our experience at Le Luce this evening was top notch. We tried the Margherita pizza and Alfredo. The food was great but the service was even better! Shout out to Gilberto and Ernesto for making it a great experience. We will eat there again during our visit.

One of the best all-inclusive resorts in PV
My husband and I just returned home after 10 glorious days at the Hilton! I don't usually write reviews on TA but the Hilton was truly an amazing resort to stay at. I would highly recommend! I will try and highlight below a few things that weren't previously mentioned in other reviews. Pools - the adult pool is about 40 metres...great for swimming laps. During this time of year, the sun hits the adult pool shortly after 9 p.m. The family pool on the north side is in the shade until much later. Lots of chairs but if you want your favourite spot then you need to go down to reserve around 7ish. Beach - we walked the beach a few times a day to get exercise from all the good food. But you can only walk so far from one side to the other. Sandy beach for most part and during our time, the waves were rough. But in front of resort , the rock barriers provide some protection. Food - we ate at most of the al la carte restaurants. All were very good...some of the best food at an all inclusive that we've had in Mexico. The beef filet mignon was thick and cooked to medium rare as I liked it. Too many good dishes to mention. On Sunday's they have Paella near the food trucks. And at the veggie food truck the guacamole and chips were amazing. Oh, and even the Vela buffet restaurant was great with great food selections for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Entertainment - unlike many all inclusive resorts that would have the usual Michael Jackson shows or dancer, the Hilton had a few unique performances like the Fire show and the Aqua light show. Very impressive and enjoyable. Most nights they had some type of entertainment in the lobby area...singer, trumpet player etc. Staff and customer service - like all other reviews, the staff at the Hilton truly stand out. Our room was nicely made up each day by housekeeping staff. Too many names to mention but here are just a few. The pool servers work hard each day...Daniel where we regular sat. Cesar, Ricardo, and Jorge at the Vela Food Hall. Omar at Sunan. Hugo and Blanca from the entertainment team worked hard. And Luis at the front desk! Anyway, I could go on and on but those were a few highlights. It's a great all inclusive in PV!

Mixed opinions.
Excellent vacation spot for families with minor children. Many activities for them. Good variety of food, tasty, clean restaurant atmosphere. Nightly entertainment was very good. Our concierge, Ana was very nice. She made us feel special and showed her appreciation for our being guests. Personnel not overly friendly. Not personable at all. Wait staff was always very rushed. We stayed 5 nights and our room was never cleaned by housekeeping. We had to ask for more towels and toilet paper. Hotel appears very neglected, showing its age. We were disappointed in this hotel considering it is a Hilton brand.

Vacation
All servers looked very clean and nice!!! They were so attentive !! They described the food and desserts very well.. my lasanga did have way to much meat and not enough pasta but still good. Music was fitting for the occasion. Host took us to our table right away.

We loved it!
My husband, almost 5 year old daughter and I had a delightful stay for a week in April. Prior to kids, an all inclusive didn’t sound that appealing to my husband and me. After my husband had a serious accident that significantly impaired his mobility we decided to go for it. We loved everything! Our favorite restaurant was Mexal and we all loved the breakfast buffets. The beach was beautiful and we were able to get umbrellas on 3 out of our 4 days there. I enjoyed the work out equipment and took advantage of the spa. My message therapist Victoria was fantastic. My daughter loved the Kids Club. The kids club staff was so kind and welcoming to us. Fatima, Lucero, Yareli, Karen & Galilea all made sure our daughter cared for and she looked forward to going back each day. Housekeeping was super helpful and every staff member at the resort was incredibly friendly and patient. My only complaint was sometimes the constant music played during the day (I’m guessing thats a corporate decision) wasn’t always what i wanted to hear. I’d still happily return.
