Excellent service and hospitality. I was very grateful for the service. I had a pleasant time with my family and enjoyed the evening to the fullest. Thanks to the kitchen staff, Front desk , who were very attentive to my needs. Thank you!😀😀

Amazing staff and amazing property!
Vania was super helpful during our stay! She really made sure we had everything we need, she was thorough explaining every detail in our stay and was super nice throughout my whole experience! I will be recommending this place! And I will be returning!

Best Embassy Suites
The Embassy Suites' accommodations and amenities were everything and then some. The manager's reception and made to order breakfast were amazing. The resort has outdoor fun for everyone with a child's playground pool, pool, cabanas for rent, table shuffleboard, and a nice bar. There is plenty seating. The rooms are spacious and clean. The availability of food and drink at the resort is very accommodating since the traffic is always so busy in Orlando. There is a Starbucks on site. The resort has a bar with several food and drink options. We loved the little pizzeria on site. The flatbread and pizza were both delicious! We did not have reservations when we arrived, however, Daniel, the Front Office Manager, was very welcoming and found us a room at a very reasonable rate. He was so nice and pleasant to talk to. The entire staff was friendly, thank you! The only cons are the usual fees that everywhere is charging these days: resort and parking. We absolutely loved our stay here and will definitely be back! Thank you Daniel!!!

Bailey is an AWESOME Guest Ambassador
Bailey, Guest Ambassador, is amazingly helpful. We were invited to stay at this hotel in exchange for attending a vacation presentation. We checked in for our 3-night stay. On the 3rd day we showed up at the front desk at 11;10 for the 11:15 appointment and was pointed to Bailey who could help Apparently we received an email, my guess it’s that it went to junk, telling us where to go for this appointment. It was not at this hotel. My husband was on a scooter due to his disability and getting him and the scooter in the car and driving to another location was NOT happening. She immediately set us at ease. Called and requested a reschedule. I suggested tomorrow since we check out at 11 we could go anytime after. She basically did the impossible. We were rescheduled for 2:15 tomorrow. Gives us time to check out, have lunch and go to the location. Then drive home! Thank you Bailey, you relieved that stressful situation with one call. We are appreciative.

Great Value! Great Stay!
From the moment I walked in (extremely)and was greeted by Marsha (a ray of sunshine). my brief visit was excellent. The buffet was great as usual. My room was clean. I had a wonderful stay. I could not have asked for anything else than what was delivered. Looking forward to the next trip.
