Apr 07, 2025A Big, Brick Building Full of Comfort
First and foremost, its an Embassy Suites, so it's almost a 4/5 by default. But this one in particular was special. Spacious rooms, comfy beds, clean sheets. Bathroom was a little small but the suite-style setup more than makes up for it. Located near plenty of shopping and restaurants. The hotel staff could not have been nicer. And housekeeping actually paid attention to the "do not disturb" sign for a change (its been an issue at different hotels lately). The fitness center wasn't just 3 cardio machines and a yoga mat: they had a FULL gym. Pool and hot tub, free breakfast, full bar, and even had a waterfall fountain. 10/10 would stay and recommend.

The air conditioning sucks also the pool needed bubbles in it for I can blow bubbles at people for fun and
The bed is so comfortable and the breakfast was so delicious and well cooked/dined also the drinks were fantastic but I will say they need to work on better air conditioning because me and my family were burning up also I loved the pool it was cool and relaxing

Black mold growing on the ceiling of our suite and in the vent itself. Ac hardly even worked too. When I told staff about this the only response we got was “I’ll tell manager/maintenance.” And you STILL want to charge me a 50 dollar service fee??? Really?? On top of that our friends room had very little to no hot water, a strobing bathroom light, and a tub that hardly drained. Only thing going for it is where it’s located.

Good stay!
Embassy Suites seldom disappoints and this property continues the tradition of good hospitality and nice, friendly staff. The only small issues we had was we parked our car under the spreading tree in front of the hotel for a couple of hours in the later afternoon, and in that short time it got pooped on prolifically!! And shower pressure wasn’t great or uber warm but ok. But as always breakfast was good and the coffee even more so. We do enjoy Embassy Suites in general, and would stay here again.

Nasty!!!!🤮
This hotel has gone so downhill! We came back after a long day of competition and unfolded our fold out couch bed and it looked like a crime scene had happened on it! Sooo disgusting 🤮 our room literally looked liked they just made the beds and left . No toilet paper , not enough towels or wash rags . I called front desk to complain they said they would “try” to find someone to come give us new sheets . After 30 minutes I walked down to the front and there were 2 guys standing at the desk not busy and I asked again for them to come change them and voiced my opinion that we should not be charged the over 200.00 a night we paid . The guy came and changed our sheets and took pictures of it and informed me that they would give me 20,000 Hilton Honors points for some crime stained sheets! Sounds ridiculous right! Then when I asked about the manager he said he wouldn’t be in the next day but I could take their business card and call them instead of doing the right thing and switching rooms or offering us a refund !! What a freakin joke!! I will NEVER give them my money again!! Please save yourself and stay somewhere where they actually wash their sheets and don’t leave body fluids on them!!! Praying we don’t take bed bugs back with us also! If I could have given zero stars I would have but it makes you give at least 1😳
