    Amazing service

    Mauricio was the best bar tender of all time. Very professional ; I’ve visited multiple resorts and he did not hesitate to make sure his customers were 100% satisfied ! Deserves a raise !!! Keep him in the bar lol !! All of the servants were respectful and nice! But Mauricio came through every time!

    I had an amazing time at the Eden roc hotel. The service was beyond great!!! Mauricio was one of the highlights of trip!

    Mauricio Banquets was one of the best bartenders during this trip. His service and personality stood out amongst all others, looking forward to coming back to Miami and receiving this service. He came around and always made sure me and my friends had an amazing time.

    Only hotel I stay at

    I have been staying at Eden roc for 7+ years. I usually stay 1-2 times a year. I’ve had my share of ups and downs with the hotel but I won’t stay anyplace else. This time I went to book directly with the hotel and a gentleman Diego R helped me. He was AMAZING. Super helpful and kind. Kudos to him!

    Mauricio From Banquets makes the best drinks from this place . Best Margaritas ever. Best place for Passover awesome time awesome food great atmosphere.. Staff always willing to help above and beyond . Thank you I definitely Recommend it.

    Jean-Eddie is the man!

    Jean-Eddie was our valet and he was fantastic! A real gentleman. 10 out 10. He’s a reason to visit again. Oh yeah, Nobu was nice too 😀 The property was top notch with one of the best hotel fitness centres. Can’t control the weather, so hopefully next time we can enjoy the beach.
