Dreams Sands gave us the perfect vacation. I have traveled all over Mexico and stayed at many resorts; for the price, this one was hands down one of the best. It provided what some of the high-end hotels supplied at a reasonable cost. I was super impressed with the beach area. The area in front of this hotel had a nice sandbar where you could wade out without stepping on large rocks or dealing with any seaweed. This is one of the best beaches I have stayed on. The seating at the beach was a bit crowded as the hotel was at capacity, but each day they were able to find me a lounge chair without getting up at the crack of dawn to lay out my towels. There was some confusion with my room when I arrived, and they gave me a daybed on the beach one day for my troubles. I highly recommend staying in that one day, as it is a very relaxing way to spend the day under the shade of the canopy close to the waves. As mentioned prior, there was a small issue with the room category that my travel agent booked and what they had available once I arrived. I was very pleased with the service that Oscmar provided. He listened to my concerns and tried his best to correct the situation. He was able to fix the issue to my satisfaction the very next morning. I truly enjoyed my vacation. I thought it was a great value for the amenities that this hotel provided. I have stayed at hotels that were double in price, and I can honestly say I felt this hotel delivered some of the same levels of quality that high-end hotels provided. The staff was always accommodating and eager to assist. Thank you, Oscmar and all of your wonderful staff, for a truly relaxing vacation. -Jennifer

Jhandi was the most amazing beach server I have ever had! He is so very good at his job! I made sure to get up early just to get to sit with him everyday! I cannot wait to see him again! He is definitely an asset to Dreams! 💜❤️💚💜❤️❤️💚💜❤️💚❤️💜❤️❤️💚💜

Spa service
The best spa service my therapist Deyanira was hands down the best she made me feel renewed refreshed and the made my last day of vacation amazing highly recommended her for any spa service. Hotel staff was super friendly and very welcoming!

Best beach
The resort has one of the best beaches in the hotel zone. Water is calm and not wavy. You can definitely enjoy the ocean everyday. The food is delicious and staffs are very friendly. Lots of entertainments for everyone to be part of it. It is family friendly so sometimes it could be a bit crowded.

Perfect
Wonderful experience I love it and would recommend the resort to people I know. The staffs are great and welcoming. The manager. Francisco is a good man and ever ready to satisfy customers even when it is not convenient. He is indeed a true leader.
