Top notch service !
I stayed at the hotel for my 37th wedding anniversary. The front desk check in process was very smooth. The front desk manager Eddie was nice enough to offer me a complimentary upgrade to the third level of the Arden wing (great quiet room). The welcome cookie was much appreciated! We didn’t have time for breakfast but did have dinner, the service again amazing. Anetha our server was so kind and attentive. Although we didn’t request housekeeping service, when we would request extra towels we got them fairly quickly. On day of check out we requested a late check out as we had a later flight, Andrea in guest services was nice enough to offer a late check out at 2pm. This was extremely helpful. We will definitely be back to this location!

Was a nice stay and the restaurant had a nice breakfast. The heat in the room didn’t seem to be working, I had it up to 90 degrees and just blew cool air. Bed was comfy, tv channels were not that great only like 20 channels if that. Staff just said sorry and didn’t seem to really care

Extremely clean
This was second time staying here and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. They’ve definitely made some changes from the last. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room was spotless.

The reviews are outdated. Renovated hotel with top notch staff.
After reading previous reviews I was concerned when our Association booked the Doubletree for our conference. I was very pleased with my stay. The hotel is going through a massive renovation and the rooms and public areas are brand new. I really enjoyed the landscaping around the hotel. Every staff member was pleasant and helpful. I didn't use the restaurant but the catering for our meeting was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

Terrible Hotel.
This hotel has a 3 star rating but 2 star service. It is hard to describe all the things that bugged me about this hotel but what really annoyed me the most was coming back to my room at 4:30 and finding my room had not been made up. I later found out that you had to REQUEST housekeeping 24 hours in advance! Now how was I to know that?? There was nothing in my room that said that. I checked in the night before at 5:30. So that was impossible. The layout of this hotel is terrible. You could walk for 5-10 minutes to get to your room. The rooms have recently been updated and they were clean and efficiently designed. That’s the most I can say about my experience.
