Apr 14, 2025Nice hotel with great location...minor drawback
It was a great location and short distance for the concert we were attending at the Old National Centre. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. I enjoyed the pillows because they were not too soft; the bed was comfortable. We stayed in a suite, which had a spacious living room area, but this made the bedroom a tad small. One downside is the hotel only offers basic cable and no smart TVs. So streaming of Netflix or Primevideo, etc was not available.

The room was over priced in need of an upgrade, especially the bathroom wall coverings and decor. The room was very musty upon our arrival but cranking the a/c helped a bit. Not the best location for the stadium and $30 to park at the hotel lot. Staff was friendly with

Apr 01, 2024Well located and clean and tidy
Well located, clean and tidy hotel. We stayed here for a conference and it suited our purposes, including offering a guest laundry. Parking plentiful although a little expensive. Walking distance to shops, the convention centre and restaurants. Friendly staff.

Mar 21, 2024The outrageous parking fee
The room was nice, but the hidden $30 charge for parking my car in their open lot was outrageous. I had no idea that there would be a charge for parking there overnight while I was occupying one of their rooms. Even when I checked out the charge was not on my bill. I was emailed a separate bill for that charge. Thus I didn't know that there was a charge for parking until I got home the next evening. I called the manager and he told me that the workers always tell the customers about the charge and would do nothing about it. I was not told anything about a parking fee for staying in their facility. I will never stay in there again.

Feb 15, 2024Worst worst experience I ever had as a person and as a guest
I been flying for 10 hours. The girl at front desk told me the kitchen was open for food. I go to the bar and it supposed to have food. The bartender Devon told me he is not serving any food then 5 minutes later another guest come and ask for a sandwich or a hamburger he runs to the kitchen and makes it!!! Like in my face. I feel confused and disrespected. I haven’t eat since 6am. Is not his problem but his problem is denying food to me. I asked him why and he said because he knows her from a day before and then he asks what I want. I dont want anything with that energy. He sent me to but popcorn from front dest. I am good. There is karma
