Hero to Zero
This used to be one of the best comfort inns anywhere. Not anymore. First went to underground parking. It was so littered with trash I was afraid to get out. It hadn't seen a broom in months. After a rude checkin we were told that they no longer had a shuttle to take us to the concert 2 miles away. This is why we stayed here and had for years. Said they would arrange one from a sister hotel but never followed up with us. Hallways were 100 degrees I guess trying to save money. Lost power in the middle night. They used this as an excuse to not serve breakfast, but power had been back on for nearly an hour and staff was not doing anything. The smell of drug use filled the air as well. Avoid at all costs it is not the same hotel it used to be.

Amazing Sherell
Sherell was absolutely amazing and accommodating. Our flight was canceled last minute on 2/18/25 and she was able to get us checked into our room before noon. She made our stay great. Beyond friendly and always smiling. She turned a bad situation into a great situation.

Best Hotel in Little Rock Ar
The room was great. The bed was comfortable. The front desk attendant Terrance was very helpful. The breakfast was hot and delicious. The kids enjoyed it very much. The next time we're in Little Rock. Arkansas, we will be staying there again

A very pleasant stay
An excellent stay from beginning to end. Sherrill at the front desk has a smile that lights up a room and made check in quick and easy. We ordered a pizza and the only points deducted were for the lack of room service. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was better than average. We will be back next trip to Little Rock. Great job.

Disorganized, with too many incidents
We were given a room with bed unmade and tv on. It was a first in my many years of travel. Then we were given a room that was at the very end of the hallway, next to the stairwell. In our room, we could hear a constant metal clinking sound that we couldn't figure out the source. We requested a third room in the middle of the hallway that finally worked. The next morning, I heard a knock on the door. Before I could answer it, a man opened the door with a plunger in hand and said he was here for a work order. He quickly realized that he was at the wrong room, and left. For a 1 night stay, there seems to be too many 'mishaps'. I will not stay here again and will seriously reconsider the Comfort Inn brand.
