    Great location.

Great location! If you want access to Colonial Williamsburg without paying for parking and looking for spaces this is a great option. We are in our 50s in fairly good shape and had no trouble walking into Colonial Williamsburg and walking back to our hotel. That being said, this was one of our least favorite Best Westerns we have stayed in. It is in need of a face lift. Our room was fairly clean with no bugs and that is always my biggest worry. The free breakfast was not the best. The location is by far the biggest plus for this hotel.

    Good overnight stay

Every one was very friendly. It was a good overnight stay. Complete breakfast was provided. The rooms were neat and clean. It is located very close to downtown Williamsburg and so it is easy to get to the sites. It is near Jamestown. Don’t know why such a long review is required?

    Poor Quality, Noisy Train

This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. The elevator was broken and we were on the 4th floor. The entry door to our building was broken and left open all the time (cold, energy waste, and bad security). The pool heater was boken, so it was freezing and closed. Picked this hotel because it had an EV charger, but it didn't work either. Dirty floors. 2" cockroach in hallway. Our room backed to train tracks and kept us up during the night. Asked to move to the front away from train, but was told all those rooms had not been cleaned, that sounded bogus and they could have cleaned one and then let us switch later in the second of our 4 night stay, but the person at the front desk looked irritated and didn't want to help. This should not be included in the Best Western brand - really hurts your reputation. I've stayed in your Sure Stay brand hotels that were much nicer than this hotel.

    Great location but awful facilities

The location to colonial Williamsburg is superb and the staff friendly, making do with what the have. However, so much is awful about this hotel. The first floor entry door was broken in the open position. Wildlife could wander in or homeless, not to mention 30 degree outside temperatures. The bathrooms were so disgusting from deferred maintenance that no one would use the showers--and we had a rooms. The gaps in the bedroom entry doors were large enough for cameras and peepers.
