Apr 20, 2025Dinner at the Punta Cana Caribe Deluxe Buffet/Food Court
Emmanuel (Adrían) was absolutely the best server that I have ever had. He was efficient and quick and witty and thoughtful and all-around delightful. There is no way that I could have had a better experience. My water and wine were never empty and my stomach and heart are full.

Wonderful resort
Highly highly recommend this resort. The pictures on the website are totally accurate and the whole place exceeded our expectations. Beautiful room, stunning beach, and amazing pools. Great evening shows. Activities that are easy to join in with throughout the day, well done activation team! Loved dining in the outdoor room of the buffet restaurant, special mention to Avis, Ivelisse, Maite, and Tatiana for excellent service. Cleanliness around the whole resort was fantastic. The SeaPro guys at the beach were wonderful, thank you Michael and Andie for helping us book great excursions and taking us sailing. Overall the staff were so friendly, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this resort!

Beautiful resort loved the little jungle vibe walking around the grounds are amazing. The staff were amazing we had great service in the food market this is where we went most days for food thank you Ivelisse Aris Tatidina Victor Manual and Moira Victoria. We loved the beach area and the pool areas. Overall the resort for us was chilled , great for children, very clean and all the staff I came into contact with were excellent thank you for a great holiday. The only issue I had was I ate lunch one day in the beach bar grill and found a stone from the ground in my food which did put me off eating in there after that.

Spring Break
We called hotel operator with a couple requests to help accommodate our room more to our liking. Patricia was very, very nice & called to housekeeping right away to take care of the requests. Thank you so very much Patricia for making our stay so much better!!! :)

Amazing stay and amazing staff.
From our arrival at the resort we were warmly greeted by Diomaria at the front desk. She was very attentive and made us feel welcomed. @ the buffet we were served by three outstanding waiters: Brailin, Christian & Morales. We also tried archery with a very skilled, friendly and very humble instructor which also made our stay feel very special. That was Esteban.
