Hotel is beautiful and check in process is easy. However, barely anyone speaks english and triyng to explain or ask for anything specific is very hard. Views are beautiful but if wanting a pampering or lavish experience this is not the place. Service is very slow and food if you want to call it that is the worst food I have ever eaten. All the rooms are clean and laid out nicely. Without having the golf experience, I would rate this 1 star. Golf is the only thing giving the 2 stars because the staff there was amazing this resort saving grace. Golf was absolutely amazing and I would play that course over and over again. A challenging course that you can actually score on. Every hole start to finish was beautiful and done well.

the hotel staff is not professional they need to learn how to work with clients! the rooms are in poor condition need repair

Amazing!
Such an amazing resort! So many activities and fun things for kids of all ages! We went with 2 yr old and 5 month old and still found many activities for them! There was a great splash pool, kayaks, great restaurant options. Staff were all so helpful. Ana Bonillla from guest services was so helpful in booking dinners and activities. Truly one of a kind person!
