I arrived late and johnny and heist took care of me!! Great service and made my arrival so much better. Ill definitely come back to the adolphus. Everyone that worked there took care of me and your bartender with a masters in music was fascinating.

Pedro is the best - love hotel , great customer service
Pedro was beyond helpful, went above and beyond to accommodate my needs with information storing my luggage and helping assist with a car service. He is a class act and I travel every single week and stay in a variety of hotels, but he is by far the best. Very kind and happy Room service was quick, the gym was good and the convenience of a coffee shop indoors makes it great especially knowing it's not a Starbucks. Pls hire more "Pedro's"

The staff at the Adolphus is terrific! From the valet experience, to breakfast and departure! The hotel is gorgeous and timeless. Very well cared for. Warm and charming! If you’re looking for a lovely place to stay or to host a meeting, check out the Adolphus!

Dallas I’ll miss you.
Amenities were amazing and the staff hospitality was second to none. If you have the opportunity to stay at the Adolphus I would recommend a session at the spa. It left me feeling rejuvenated at ready for the week. Hanging out at the Rodeo Bar was a highlight of my stay. The Lager on tap was the coldest beer I’ve ever had. During my checkout I had the pleasure of speaking with Taryn Sita and she made sure that everything was satisfactory throughout my stay.

What a wonderful stay at the historic Adolphus!
The check-in process was a breeze since they are a Marriott property. Happy staff were noticeable right away. The room was exactly what it needed to be and clean. Water pressure for the shower was perfect! The lounge area is where the magic happened...dual grand fireplaces and couches to lounge in by the fire made for absolutely stunning evening. The cocktail bar is only a few steps from the fireplaces and the bartenders were great. The next morning I had forgot my clothes hanging in my valeted car and the concierge, Dan, retrieved them nearly instantly! Breakfast to the room was delivered timely and was prepared expertly. Thank you to everyone at The Adolphus!
