Southwest Vacations is aware that government mandates have resulted in restrictions on travel in some destinations due to the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. Unfortunately, many of the restrictions will result in flight and hotel cancellations, and we sincerely regret any inconvenience created by the travel disruptions.

Notifying affected Customers: Taking care of you

Once Southwest Vacations becomes aware of any government’s travel restriction that results in a flight or hotel cancellation, our Team will send an email with rebooking instructions to affected Customers. Rest assured, we will be offering maximum flexibility and accommodating Customers to the best of our ability. As always, the Southwest Vacations Team appreciates your patience and trust in us during this unprecedented time.

If you have not already cancelled your trip and it falls within these travel dates, we will cancel the trip for you and issue a travel credit for the full amount*  of your cancelled trip. You  do not  need to contact us regarding your cancellation or travel credit. We will reach out to you with more information once the travel credit is processed.

If you purchased your vacation using Uplift, you will receive a travel credit that reflects the total trip cost; however, you will need to continue your payments until you satisfy the loan amount.
