Ok resort but nothing special
The resort location is the biggest attraction. The food is below average and the entertainment is severely lacking. There is nothing to do after 6pm. The beach is incredible, but that’s about it. If your looking for a place to lay on the beach and do nothing else and food/drink quality isn’t a high priority, it’s the perfect place

Spoiled Rotten
This the place to go if you’re looking to relax and just enjoy yourself. The staff couldn’t be friendlier! This resort has everything! Great beach. Great staff! Great food and drinks! Great entertainment!

Great Experience
WOW. I can be critical when it is warranted but this resort checked all the boxes. The accommodations were great, the beach was fabulous, the alacart's were amazing, and the staff were absolutely incredible. If I had to be critical about one thing it would be that the buffet was so so but it was very easy to get into the alacarts. Even the entertainment was good. Everyone was very happy and helpful and I would highly recommend this resort.

Sales Staff will scam and harrass you
Everything is great except the sales staff- they will lie and scam you. They were very rude and unprofessional, especially Aurora. They lied and sent us to another facility and when we did not want to buy anything, we were told to literally get out and were made to take the stairs. The entertainment and bar staff were wonderful, beaches were beautiful. Hotel rooms were freezing at night, but overall clean. The sales staff were rude and nasty and really ruined the experience. If you go, stay away from them as they will act like vultures in the lobby, lie to you, then stare at you and make you uncomfortable if you do not buy. Whatever you do, do not allow them to talk you into visiting a sister site- it is all a scam to sell you something.

2nd time to Dreams.
Love this beach. The only reason we came back. Folks come down at the crack of dawn to save chairs, but Alex is amazing to help find beach chairs. He makes Dreams come true to enjoy the beach. Food at the restaurants are good, beach burgers and fries are very yummy. If you upgrade to Preferred, find out what that means first. We didn’t find it was worth it.
