Advisory The Room Block rates provided by the RESORT during the Term are net (non-commissionable) and will apply for the periods indicated on the schedules. All rates are per room, per night plus THIRTEEN POINT THIRTY-EIGHT percent (13.38%) Clark County Room Tax (subject to change), based on single or double occupancy. A daily resort fee (“Resort Fee”) of $45.00 plus THIRTEEN POINT THIRTY-EIGHT percent (13.38%) Clark County Room Tax (subject to change) and will be added to each guest room account.
Advisory Outside food and beverage, as well as coolers, are not permitted at the resort and casino. Guests arriving with these items will be required to discard these items or leave them in their vehicle for the duration of their visit.
Advisory Security will be checking keys at all Wynn and Encore elevators, and only registered guests will be permitted access to hotel rooms and suites. Upon check in, guests should confirm that all registered guests are listed on the reservation. Maximum occupancy for all standard rooms and suites is 4 people. A fee of $500 per person will be applied to any room or suite in excess of maximum occupancy, up to $3,000. Violations will result in eviction and trespass from property.

Advisory Minimum valet parking fee of $35 per 24 hours will be charged for resort hotel guests and non-hotel guests. Valet parking is complimentary for Tower Suites guests. These fees are tiered by hourly increments and collected by the hotel at check in or check out. The fee amounts are subject to change without prior notice. The information published here is to notify the client there are additional fees for parking and the hotel can provide the hourly parking rates at check-in.

    EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! So not stay here! They will rip you off! They charged us a $1000 fee for smoking in our room which DID NOT HAPPEN! We will be getting a lawyer, the fact alone that they think they can just claim whatever they want to up charge us is completely distasteful and unprofessional!

    Unforgettable 3 days!

    Together with my wife and a couple of friends, I stayed in Wynn for two days. We were at 32th floor enjoying a panoramic view! Although hotel was fully booked and we get in our rooms by 17:00, the itself was good enough to forget check-in experience! I liked the room especially Alexa! which was smart enough to fulfill all our demands. We used the casino and the pool. Both exceeded our expectations; especially the pool. Dinning was an easy and pleasant experience when there were different restaurants for every taste. Overall it is recommended to spend a night in Wynn for a unique experience.

    Poor service @ Villas

    Wynn Villas I hope this reaches someone who cares to correct the service short comings! I recently stayed in a villa and the service was so awful from villa services. Literally, what do they do?? Every single thing that i asked them to assist me with the answer was "we don't do that here" Dining reservations- "we don't do that, you can check availability online" was the young ladies response to me!!!! Clearly, I can go online but the point of me calling was for her to assist me. I asked to be connected to someone who could help me with dining reservations and she transferred me to front desk who clearly doesn't do dining reservations. I called back a second time and asked about what time the lounges play live music. "I don't know" was her reply. It was like she was joking. How on earth can you say that to a customer? I had to prompt her by saying "can you please find out for me?" She placed me on hold without even telling me or asking me. When she came back to the line she asked if she could find out and call me back. I never got a return call ... Point is, there is clearly extremely poor management! Management should continually be shopping the staff, providing them information and resources to appropriately assist guests. I am shocked by the lack of knowledge and poor service. Honestly, if villa services cannot properly assist guests the calls should just be sent to another department who does know about the property . A department who can book dinner reservation for me and answer questions about lounges and remember how to return calls. Thank goodness I'm not a Forbes shopper!

    Lush Living

    True to form, the Wynn did not disappoint. From check-in to check-out, always on spot. Clean, luxurious rooms. Daily housekeeping. And they still have a real live people for Concierge, which were always helpful with information and reserving shows. We go twice a year and have no plans of changing hotels.

    Buffet Line

    Literally in line now, for well over an hour for no reason. Service is horrible and the staff up front have zero idea of whats goin on and no one cares. Dont come. The priority seating does not help either because its impossible to get.
