    They don’t care about disabled people

    Checkout if at 11 am. However, I paid for late checkout at 3 pm due to a very bad flare up of my disability. She said just let us know when you’re ready for the wheelchair and luggage cart and we’ll bring it right up. I did just that and called at 2:30 asking for a wheelchair to be brought up with Luggage cart. Mind you I can barely stand up straight or walk. I had just gotten a prescription from CVS that my sister walked to go get. So, I needed time got out to kick in enough to checkout. At 2:30 I’m well enough to get dressed, but not walk or stand. The luggage cart came immediately. Where the wheelchair? He didn’t know because it isn’t his department. He only did the luggage cart. Called a second time 2:45. No luggage cart. At 3 pm I get a call from the front desk from a very nasty attitude having young lady. She said this verbatim with attitude “SECURITY IS AT YOUR DOOR. CHECKOUT WAS AT 3.” Oooo, I was headed. Ma’am I requested a wheelchair twice starting at 2:30. How dare you call me and threaten me as if I’m the reason I’m still in this room at 3 o’clock. First of all, you see I’m checking out late. Come at me correct. “Ma’am is you’re checking out late. I just wanted to check and see off you’re ok and need anything. It is now 3 o’clock and we wanted to be sure you’re ok.” Lady do not call me as of I haven’t been waiting over thirty minutes for a wheelchair that I’ve requested twice already. The security guard at the door has an attitude saying don’t fuss at him because he knew nothing about it. I’m not fussing AT you, but it Ford home from YOUR department correct? So, how is it your at my door like I’m trying to steal a freaking hotel room but you have NO wheelchair for me? And don’t take it personally. You freaking work here. I don’t. I paid to be here. You GET PAID to be here. I have every right to be upset when they send devour to my door threatening me the way they did when THEY NEVER SENT THE WHEELCHAIR, but send a guard to expel me from my paid for room. Then, I called to speak to a manager. While I’m on hold the guard finally comes with the wheelchair (btw, it’s the same security guard). Then, he asks me can I walk all the way to the Luxor because he doesn’t want to push me over there. NO I CANNOT WALK THRU THE ENTIRE HOTEL TO THE OTHER. “We can only take you from one place to one place.” Well, if I had what I requested, when I requested it, I wouldn’t have needed a manager. #humiliatedisabledperson

    Birthday stay

    This was a very nice place to stay, conveniently connected to Luxor and right across New York- New York. I love casino hopping and walking so this was perfect. The room was cozy. My only complaint is that my room had a window view of the parking structure. No sunlight or sky haha but I understand.

    Love staying here. Staff is always friendly. So much to do for my children. Love the upgrades that was made to the hotel. So convenient to get to the other near by hotels. I stay here every time I come to Vegas.

    Shouldn’t have stayed here

    This was an incredible disappointment and I will not be looking forward to ever staying in an MGM Strip hotel again. For a multi billion dollar business and the luxury suite is a joke. The only saving grace was at least it was clean.

    Very Disppointed

    I am very disappointed but not surprised. My bathroom was run down, mirror falling apart and dispensers in showers fell down lucky NOT on me. Rug was disgusting, wall in bathroom dirty. Wont be back again
