Basic Accommodation
We stayed in the Lion King, family suite, 1 queen, 1 murphy double bed, sofa double bed for 4 nights. Family of 4 adults, 6 year old, 4 year old, 1.5 year old. Pillows are not the best-too fluffy. They only provided bar soap. Curtains didn't close all the way and the sun peeked in and woke you up. Hair dryer wasn't the best; it wasn't very powerful. When showering, weak water pressure and there wasn't a flexible hand held shower. We requested more towels and it was brought up right away. Housekeeping is only available every other day. Basic accommodation provided. A bit tight in space for us. We had 2 strollers and a rental scooter. Children's pool was good. Splash pad was ok. Not a lot of water splashing. Landscape flavor menu selections were not the best for diabetics or healthy people. I purchased the refillable plastic cup. It was a great value but many times the fountain drinks didn't work or were very low, thereby affecting the flavour. Characters were not available till 9/930am or 3/330pm. I was disappointed, I didn't get any pictures with them. The gift shop at the resort didn't have any fridge magnets we were looking for. Sizes for kids Tshirts were out of stock. When staying at the resort, we used buses to go to other parks, shopping, skyliner were included.

A great place to stay.
A great place to stay. We were upgraded to a suite which had everything you could want including a kitchenette and seating area. Spotless and carefully themed, every detail had been thought of in the planning of the room and the resort. Good range of food on offer in the cafe all day.

This is a solid choice - heavy on the fun theming
We stayed in a Nemo suite. Building 5 on the top floor. It was a nice room. Felt pretty clean. Housekeeping comes every other day. Could not complain about the room. Beds were comfortable. Theming is fun. The pool was nice although we couldn’t use it for a bit on our last day because I believe there was a poop incident. I loved the pool theming - mostly the landscaping. Very creative use of plants that looked like you’d find them under the sea. The restaurant was ok. Pizza and salad were very ok. My girls liked the nachos. Breakfast food was kind of yuck. If I had one real negative to report - I would say the mixed drinks were the worst I’ve tasted. At about $17 each they must’ve had the cheapest liquor in the world in them. Tasted like nail polish remover. Many places where I got a drink at the parks, I regretted it too. If you are going to charge those prices- make it an absolute treat. Buy a can of beer in the restaurant before buying a mixed drink. Believe me. (I do recommend a mimosa in EPCOT France. ). I would stay here again. Was great to be so close to the skyliner and bus stop after a long day. We also had our luggage sent to the airport the morning we checked out. We were flying on Southwest but not until evening. This was very handy and a nice perk. 2 or 3 of the 15 or so staff we interacted with were super friendly.

Great stay love the skyline.
The room was nice. We were traveling with three teens and the room was prefect for us and the two bathrooms made it nice the boys had their own bathroom. The resort even though cratering to small children was very quiet . We loved the skylines we used them to go to Epcot and Hollywood studios. I wish we could have used them for every park.

The most fun!
This was our second stay at Art of Animation (April 2017 and May 2025) and we loved it so much both times! This hotel is so fun and well themed. Customer service was amazing, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Landscape of flavours is great, we used it all the time for coffee, snacks, pizza, fresh fruit etc. Our room was lovely, it was so clean and the bed was beyond comfortable- possibly the comfiest hotel bed I’ve ever stayed in, we’re actually struggling to sleep now we’re back home because it’s not as good! The skyliner adds another level of convenience to staying here. We just loved our stay, I can’t say enough positive things about it.
