Horrible First Vegas Stay
First time to Vegas and experience at Harrah’s was one of the worst experiences in all of our years of travel. First room had hairs in the bathroom and the water pressure was so low that it would have taken an hour to try and wash my hair, easily. The outlets were jammed against the bed and unusable - I had to plug my phone in across the room. And the air conditioner barely cooled the room. Tried to overlook this but then we had the most horrendous neighbors - they were so loud it sounded like they were in the room with us. Harrah’s moved us to a second room the next day as the party continued next door (screaming, swearing and music blaring). Second room had the most HORRIBLE smell. The husband tried multiple times to have someone come to try and clean and spray the room. No one showed up. When I returned to the room (after a long conference day and did not know room had smell, only that we moved), I was overwhelmed by the smell. It was so awful. After my husband explained how many times he called, I also called down and was told to go to the front desk to get a new room as no one was coming to fix the issue. Assigned a third room and this one also had a smell but not as horrible as the last and we were tired of moving so stuck it out for the next two nights. No housekeeping either - you had to call to request if you wanted it. We resorted to just getting fresh towels when we saw housekeeping in the hallway. The icing on the cake though was that we requested late check out, paid for late check out (4pm was the time we were told we when checked in,) and then on our last day when we tried to get back in our room at 2:30, our keys were disabled! We had to have housekeeping let us in and once in immediately called the front desk. They didn’t seem to care, since housekeeping let us in, and also stated they couldn’t do anything about it (even though they confirmed we indeed had late check out). My husband asked to talk to a manager, which was denied, but was told they would get a return phone called within 24-48 hours. This obviously doesn’t do anything for us and we had to basically stay in our room until 4 since we were now locked out. All three rooms were very worn and the amenities were cheap. When went to checkout, we explained our disappointment and all that had happened during our 3 night stay - all that was offered was one night resort fee returned. Gee, thanks so much. We would have thought at the very least, the late check out charge should be reimbursed seeing how we ended up being locked out and then basically needing to stay in the room until our 4pm checkout (as we would not be able to get back in ). Nope! Just the $28 resort fee. Never again and will never recommend. P.S. my husband is still waiting for a call from the manager!

Horrible visit.
This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in all of my 25 plus years of visiting at Harrah’s. There was no internet in the room, so we couldn’t make or receive phone calls, text or emails. I was given the wrong information regarding parking when checking in. When leaving they wanted to charge a different price for parking. I tried explaining my circumstances to the representative, even asking for the manager. The manager was SO RUDE. We had a disagreement. I asked for her name and card which she refused BOTH. I intend to rethink my visits to this establishment in the future.

A Very Enjoyable Stay 7.1 to 7.5.25
Mountain King with no view, 51st floor Room was very clean Nice 65” television Wi-Fi could have been a little faster. Bathroom was clean, but bring your own hand soap for the sink. Theirs is tiny. No refrigerator only a mini bar. Super fast elevator. Highly recommended.

Sorry. Not a great experience.
Sorry, but I didn't have a great experience. The bed was super low, about a foot off the floor. The mattress was old and the pillows were lumpy. The walk-in shower smelled funny and there was no lip to keep the water from running across the entire bathroom floor. And, no hand soap. No fridge. No complimentary coffee for coffee maker. (sure you could buy them off the mini-bar for $22)

Overcharged for poor service
As a family of four travelling from the UK, we booked 2 rooms at the Harrah's hotel between 15th and 26th June 2025 and during check-in were asked if we required guest services throughout our stay. I asked if this was an extra charge and when told it wasn't and was included in the resort fees I informed the lady on the desk that I required this service. The room was cleaned the following day - Monday 16th of June, however on the evening of Thursday 19th June the room had still not been cleaned. We were sited on Floor 54 of the hotel and as we were unable to get hold of anybody by phone we made our way down to the front desk and queued for around 15 minutes while guests checked in. When eventually seen by a member of staff at around 7:15pm we informed the gentleman that we were not happy with the service provided by the hotel and informed him that our room had not been cleaned since Monday and upon checking on their system he informed me that the lady on check-in had mistakenly updated the system advising that we did not require guest services during our stay. This meant that the room had not been cleaned, bedding had not been changed and we had received no clean towels and had resorted to using our own beach towels. I then went on to inform the staff member that as we had been charged the resort fee (which was charged at over $550 per room throughout our stay) that we expected a much better service, especially as the TV in one of the rooms only worked for 3 days out of 10, the room did not have a refrigerator and the only amenity we used during our stay at the hotel was internet access. We did not access the fitness centre, make any calls, did not access the parking lot or use the safe and the sunbeds provided around the pool were chargeable so we didn't use them. The member of staff advised that the service we had received was unacceptable and assured us that their system had now been updated to ensure we received guest services for the remainder of our holiday. He then went on to advise that due to the poor service received the hotel would waive the resort fee for both rooms on this occasion and when I asked for email confirmation or a printout of this I was told that this was not possible at the moment, but he assured me that this had been actioned. Anyway, skip to the end of our holiday Thursday 26th June, our room had only been cleaned three more times, however we didn't make a further complaint as the resort fee was being waived and we managed to obtain towels from a lady cleaning rooms on another floor and was told to leave our rubbish outside of our room which we did. Initially both the resort fee and the $500 breakages fee was still showing as 'pending' on my banking app but both fees disappeared from my app on 23rd June and I assumed that the fees had not been charged. However, on Saturday 28th June having been back in the UK for a couple of days, the resorts fee of £415 plus a non sterling fee of £12.26 issued by my credit card issuer and dated Thursday 26th June was taken out of my bank. I emailed the hotel on Saturday 28th June asking what was going on but have still not received a reply. The holiday was booked as a double birthday celebration and despite us still enjoying our holiday in Vegas, our hotel stay left a lot to be desired.
