Explorers club was amazing
Hotel was good for our first time going to an all inclusive. Explorers club was the best for our 4 + 5 year old. Sandra, Diana, Gina and Nayeli were amazing. The took great care of the kids and the kiddos always wanted to go back to the explorers club.

Sunscape PV Kids Explorer’s Club
We’ve had a great time at Sunscape but have to give a massive shout out to the staff at the Kids Explorer’s Club. Nayeli, Sandra, Diana, Gina and Carmen went above and beyond to take care of our girls, ages 8 and 12. They spent time swimming, at the water park, making crafts, being fed, learning dances, performing at the pool, watching movies and a million other cool things. My kids had SUCH a great time and are so sad to say goodbye. It was such a treat for us to have time to relax too. Thank you thank you!❤️🇲🇽

Great experience
Anahí and David were so fun during the cooking class. It was informative and entertaining! I learned so much and the food was delicious. We made ceviche in a new style using three unique ingredients that aren’t typical in this type of cuisine but the results were delicious!

mixed or "fixed" reviews
There are mixed reviews here. I question how valid most of them are. Mostly a single spanish first name, poor english, and focus on complimenting staff. My guess these are employees

Previous members
Will NOT go back. I was a previous member of the resort. This was my second time there. It changed a lot. First, check in is bad. Takes for ever. Second, Elevators are HORRIBLE. They do not work. Be ready to take the stairs. Main restaurant does not work. Big lines at peak hrs at the other 2 restaurants. Lobby leaks water. There’s bunch of towels on the floor. No AC at the tikki taco restaurant, and it gets very hot inside. Checkout is another issue. Make sure you take your card key with you to check out, OR they’ll try to charge you $10 dollars/card. At night people blasting music inside their rooms. This is just a summary. Resort is poorly managed. House keeping staff, bar and restaurant are very nice. Management is horrible. Place is declining rapidly. Next time, I’ll take my family to another resort. I don’t mind spending more to have a great time.
