Vegas hit the inflection point
Nicely maintained property, but unfortunately they are squeezing customers for money. Croissant and black coffee (there is no in room coffee) north of $15. Breakfast burrito $27. Found this to be true across the strip as well. Pool is nice, and the lazy river is great but again, Margaritas are $23 each. Will not be back to Vegas any time soon.

Mandalay Yay!
The beach, the lazy river and the other pools make it difficult to leave and get to the shows and other activities that we wanted to do! Good problem to have. The beds were comfortable, and the restaurant choices were great! The hotel still feels new even though it has been around for a while! The casino did not smell like smoke like all the other ones that we walked through!

A beach in the desert!
The beach was exceptionally beautiful. The sand and actual waves were so amazing to see in the casino hotel resort! I will book a longer stay for my next visit.

It's close to the airport.
I had more fun in fremont. The casino floor was kinda slow. High minimum bets, tight machines, few options. Stripsteak restaurant was good.
