Jun 19, 2025Do Yourself a Favor: Choose The Vine
I cannot recommend Secrets The Vine highly enough. My husband and I just returned from a six day stay there, and I'm already looking forward to/hoping for another stay. We were in the "preferred" section and had the most amazing time. Hector and Carlos, our concierge on the 22nd floor, were superlative: always helpful, always pleasant, always smiling. Honestly, though, pretty much the entirety of the staff at The Vine seemed to be genuinely pleasant and eager to help. A couple of other standouts were Moises and Gabriella in the preferred lounge and Moises in Dragons restaurant. While room service and buffet food was 'meh', the sit-down/ala carte food was BEYOND amazing. Far better than what I'd expect at an all-inclusive. If you are wavering, choose this resort. It was incredible!! Thank you, Secrets The Vine. It was a memorable anniversary experience.

not bad overall for all-inclusive. staff was wonderful and service couldn't have been better. Pool areas are very nice. Property is nearly ready for major update. most people complained about rooms not cooling properly.

Mexico Trip
Very great service at the buffet Cesar was excellent! The bartenders were amazing and the staff was super lovely! I would definitely come back!!

25th Anniversary trip at Secrets the Vine!
Love this resort and the whole staff was absolutely amazing! We celebrated our 25th anniversary and had the best time! Food was delicious (no complaints), staff was so Friedly and accommodating. Rooms (we had ocean view) and was able to see the ocean & bay and the hotels lit up at night. I really was not upset with my view. It was great and the balconies are a very nice size and comfy seating. We spent most of our time on the beach and not the pools (have that at home :)). We rented the chairs/umbrellas in the "VIP" section or whatever it's labeled. Let me just say these guys on the beach, Luis, Jairo & Carlos work their *ss off for you! These three were absolutely amazing every day and were so attentive to us and would always tell us sit back enjoy, you are on vacation. I give 5+ stars to all of them. Beach, champagne, lunch, drinks repeat..lol They took care of us, and we made sure to take care of them! They truly made our stay even more memorable. So much fun and great times had!! We will definitely be back!! We have stayed at several resorts in Mexico and Secrets is by far one of my favorites now!

Best Waiter Ever!
Cesar at The Market Cafe for breakfast and lunch is the best waiter we have ever had! He was tremendous and we are so happy to have met him and received his service!
