Caesar - work on your staff.
We got a 2 Queen room in Octavius tower. Really would like to know what the $62 a night resort fee is for. I saw that pools close at 6pm. No complimentary water bottles in room. No complimentary coffee or tea pods but there's a Keurig machine with 3 paper cups. No charger available next to beds. Early check ins are gone. Pay a fee of $35 for early check in otherwise get back in line at 4pm Late check outs are gone. Pay $10 to check out at 12p instead of 11a. Pay $30 for 1p check out and $100 for 4pm check out. Did I hear the last one right? When I checked out, tv was broken. When I checked out at kiosk, the kiosk said see front desk agent for check out. When I finally got to my turn with the check out agent in the express check in/out room, she prioritized chatting with her fellow associate after the family in front of me finally solved their "check in crisis" than even acknowledging me and "apologize for the wait" like what most other professional hotel front desk would say. I'm sorry I've never experienced this level of unprofessionalism. I'm going to cut up my Caesar rewards card. Oh btw they own Flamingo too.. no wonder. Btw Starbucks downstairs is $9+ for a tall latte now. All water purchase inside any hotel is now $7 a bottle.

Augustus tower rooms desperately need refurbishment.
I frequent Las Vegas and typically stay in an Augustus tower room when at Caesars Palace. These rooms are popular. However, they are filthy and in immediate need of refurbishment. Furniture is beat up, AC/Heater always has something wrong. Bathroom floors and walls are dirty and stained. Mold in the shower. See photos of the dirty bathroom floors. This tower is not up to par with other properties in Las Vegas

Cheers to an amazing associate at check in!
The associate Kiana was so delightful and welcoming! From the second we started interacting at check in she made sure I received the proper information and direction to ensure the start of my trip would be stress free. Kudos to her for starting off my trip in the best way possible!

Nathan was very empathetic in our situation and fir that, they made my first experience with Carsars Palace memorable 😀
Nathan an associate of the Caesars Palace was very instrumental in helping my colleagues and I out. He made sure that our keys worked and we were not locked out of our rooms while Cesars Palace continued to rectify the confusion with our rooms.
