Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
Hotel Spring Break Policy - This hotel cannot guarantee a spring-break-free environment. Student Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at Hotel. A student group consist of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room. This could refer to but not limited to high school students or college students booking multiple rooms. Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.
General Information - Room taxes and service fees are included in vacation price. Minimum night stay restrictions may apply. Reservation changes may not be permitted unless authorized by the hotel.

This resort did not disappoint! The views will take your breath away! We had amazing service (EDER in the Main Lobby bar, ENRIQUE and DAVID at the Pool, JORGE in the CocoCafe and poolside) came with my husband and our two teens. We did 2 rooms connecting so we had plenty of space. I actually really liked that everything within the resort is connected. It’s very easy to navigate and the elevators can keep up. It rained for about 3 minutes twice a day. Not enough to even get out of the pool so don’t get nervous if you see rain in the forecast. We have traveled all over Mexico and the Caribbean to LOTS of resorts and Dreams Vista has some of the best food and the poolside servers have excellent suggestions for tasty beverages. I definitely think it’s worth the upgrade to Preferred Club- you get rooftop dining for breakfast and lunch and then Vista Prime for dinner which is easily the best meal we’ve ever had at a resort. Preferred Club also gets a complimentary water journey at the spa. It only takes an hour and it’s a great opportunity to use their gorgeous facility- Ladies, put on the robe and go. You won’t regret it. There’s an adults only pool on the rooftop and a water park/surf wave pools for kids. Literally something for everyone. My husband and son golfed on our second day. They enjoyed the course but grab waters from your room bc they only saw the cart girl once. My daughter and I took the ferry to Isla Mujeres for the afternoon and had a great time! We walked the beach line to the UltraMar ferry from the resort (8 minutes) and I purchased my ferry tickets ahead of time on my phone. ($30 round trip per adult) we did an Open Ticket so we could return when we were ready. We walked the island and enjoyed the turquoise blue waters free of sea weed and rocks. The sand is like powder! Reminded me more of Destin beaches. We took some snacks from CocoCafe, two towels and bottled waters from our room and headed out! It was a fun, inexpensive afternoon. I have zero complaints about Dreams Vista and cannot wait to return and visit our new friends!

Marco the Ninja
My husband and I had a lovely stay at Dreams Vista Cancun. The spa was wonderful and we enjoyed some great meals throughout the trip. One of the most fun nights was Teppanyaki with Marco, who joked that he was the Mexican Ninja—his humor and cooking skills made it a really memorable dinner. The resort was clean and well-maintained, the staff were friendly, and there were plenty of ways to relax or stay active. A great spot for a couples’ getaway.

Family Vacation at Dreams Vista Cancun
Dreams Vista Cancun was amazing! I can not say enough about how clean this resort was and how friendly everyone was! This was an awesome family vacation for us with our 3 daughters!

Great place for R&R
Amazing staff, amazing property and great family atmosphere! From start to finish we had an incredible experience. We were there to view the UVC brand and look forward to doing business.
