Jul 10, 2025Great getaway for our Baby Moon!
This trip was for our baby moon and we had an excellent time! My husband and I really enjoyed all the activities this resort had to offer, the beach right outside, our beautiful room view waking up every morning to the blue ocean and skies. The breakfast buffet was great as well as the restaurant options! Thank you Geovanni, Ernesto, Samantha, Robinson and Ana for your exceptional service. The service here was 10/10 and we would definitely come back and recommend to our friends and family!

Best time by far.
The absolute best vacation by far!!! Staff were amazing, very chill/relaxing environment. Although my one and only complaint would be that the pool was almost warmer than the air, but we were still in it 90% of the time lol. Service was beyond amazing and staff were so nice. Definitely highly recommended.

We were put in a lesser room than we paid for had to complain to get moved to a better room. They immediately try to sell us a timeshare we weren't aware this was going to happen. Food in the rooftop restaurants was terrible. The other restaurants are pretty mediocre The constant attempt to upsell was over the top. Food in the buffets was good the location is good rooms are well kept beaches are beautiful the massage therapist did a good job

Spectacular views, great experience and excellent staff
We just got back from our week at Breathless Cancun Soul. The property is beautiful, but what really stood out was the staff. Daniel, Alex, and Samantha from the entertainment team were friendly, welcoming, and made the days by the pool enjoyable. They brought great energy and helped create a fun atmosphere. Angel was our server at Fish Nets and gave us excellent service — always attentive and kind. Karla at the coffee shop greeted me every morning with a smile and knew my order within two days - a small gesture that meant a lot. We spent our last evening eating sushi at Silk City. The views at the top of the resort were spectacular. Julio made our dinner experience memorable with thoughtful service and attention to detail. We also booked spa treatments during our stay, and they were definitely worth it. The staff was professional, the space was clean and peaceful, and the treatments were well done. Overall, the service across the board was excellent. We felt taken care of and are already thinking about coming back.

Awesome Time at Breathless Soul
Our stay at Breathless Soul was Amazing!!! From Entrance to End. We were greeted with a smile and great hospitality. The suite was clean and very nice with a great view. The food and drinks were awesome. I would definitly come again
