The beach is shared with the public which means kids and families and it’s packed. The rooms are noisy because of the street next to hotel with all the motorcycles passing by non stop. The hotel doesn’t have much entertainment. Not big enough area outside to walk around.

Wonderful experience! Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and always willing to help. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and having a great time!

Clean Resort, good food & bev, entertainment ok.
Beds were comfy. Room & hotel very clean. The resort entertainment was just ok. The "party" pool needed to have more variety of music. The same Playlist played over and over same 25 songs. We are early risers so I would have appreciated some music by the pools prior to 11am even some soft music would have been good. I loved that we did not need to wear resort bracelets.

The rooms are very nice, but the entire hotel has a mildew smell. Restaurants are decent, but they want to upsell everything!

Jun 13, 2025DO NOT STAY HERE – ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE
If you’re thinking about booking Breathless Soul Cancun, think again. This was one of the worst travel experiences of my life, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. 1. GARBAGE ENTERTAINMENT The entertainment was a total joke. Nothing engaging, nothing fun — just the same repetitive music and half-hearted performances every night. It honestly felt like a high school talent show… with no talent. 2. UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE STAFF The staff here are downright disrespectful. The worst of them all? Arvin Farah. This man was incredibly rude, power-tripping the whole time, and treated us like we didn’t belong there. Zero professionalism, zero hospitality. He clearly shouldn’t be working in guest services. 3. UNFAIRLY KICKED OUT We were kicked out a day early – before our actual checkout and before our flight – for allegedly “smoking in a non-smoking area,” which is 100% false. We were in a designated smoking zone, and they still used that as an excuse to throw us out. Total abuse of power. No refund, no apology, just threats and security telling us to leave. Disgusting. 4. DISCRIMINATORY TREATMENT Throughout the stay, we noticed we were being treated differently than other guests. The vibe was hostile and dismissive. Others got away with worse behavior, but we were targeted and punished. It felt racist, plain and simple. ⸻ BOTTOM LINE: Avoid this place like the plague. Breathless Soul Cancun is all fake smiles, bad service, and staff like Arvin Farah who abuse their power. Save your money, save your dignity, and go somewhere that actually values its guests. This resort is a disgrace to Cancun.
