Jul 10, 2025An all inclusive I will definitely not revisit
Never going to do visit this resort again and the preferred experience was a complete waste. Most of the staff was exceptionally kind, attentive, and a true pleasure to be around. Unfortunately my room, the food, and the "value" of Preferred overshadowed all of that.

Service was so great! Natalia and Alberto & Jorge & Angel were our favorites! So kind and nice and always willing to get us whatever we need. Drinks were great and food was the best we’ve had in Mexico. Will be back again! :)

Just returned from a family vacation with 16 multi-generational guests. We had a blast. The service of the concierge, restaurant wait staff, bartenders, and poolside service, was exceptional. They were attentive and very gracious. The food was better than expected- many options to choose from in the buffet and in the restaurants. Buffet was clean and well kept, kitchen staff eager to please at the food stations. Our kids loved spending time at the explorers club with Marijose, Arlet, and the other caregivers. They enjoyed the crafts and activities and it gave them a welcomed break from the sun. There was enough daytime and evening activities to keep us busy and entertained. Great massages at the spa! The rooms are basic, but clean. The beach is beautiful; no seaweed, calm waters, perfect for kids or relaxing in the water in a sandbar without worrying about the tide. The only complaint is the small tiles in the main pool need to be repaired as they are a safety hazard for scraped feet. Overall, a wonderful family vacation and we would return again. Thanks for making it a memorable trip!

Go!Go! Go!! So amazing!!
Go!!! Ignore the bad reviews. We just came back, 10 adults in total, was the most amazing trip. We were celebrating my 50th birthday and it was perfect! The food, the property, the drinks, the entertainment, the beach and the staff all exceptional. By far exceeded our expecting. It’s a beautiful smaller reason that I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or go back to!!

I would never recommend this resort to anyone ever. This is the least attentive Dreams resort I have ever visited. The entertainment is non-existent. The food is some of the worst I've had at an all-inclusive. Being preferred gives virtually no perks. The staff is bare minimum at everything. Saving pool chairs is very real here. They do not have enough to accommodate this resort at full capacity. They even have a night of entertainment that sets out a VERY Limited amount of chairs to watch the show and then tell you they are full. I have been to many all inclusives, and this was hands down/ bar none- the WORST. Our first night we arrived late due to unforseen flight delays so we had to order room service for dinner. They NEVER CAME!! wow. It set the tone for the entire week. Cold, old, hard food at the buffet. Limited menus. Below standard entertainment. Lazy staff. Pool tiles cut foot. Outdated rooms. The refrigerator would not work. Air never reached the temp set in the room. Room phone broke. Bed hard as a rock. Pillows are terrible. App would not work to make hibachi reservations.
