We had a great and relaxing time, especially around the Secrets pool where our friendly and charming hosts Nedel, Cruz, and Mar took care of all our needs and were wonderful friends. Our favorite resort host was definitely Luis behind the bar at the preferred club. Great drinks, great conversation in both English and Spanish, and all around a fun guy to be around.

Great Trip!!
Daniel,Mario,and Adrian couldn’t have been better!!! Great employees and exceptional service.The food was top notch.Rosewater on the secrets side we ate almost everyday ! The coconut shrimp were delicious.The rooms were clean and ac cold!I highly recommend this resort to anyone thinking about going !! Close to airport as well was a plus!!

Most relaxing vacation ever
The room and the food was incredible. Mario and Dan at the pool went above and beyond to make us feel pampered. The senaloa ceviche at Rosewater was fantastic.

Great vacation
Very nice resort and staff. Resort was clean, staff was nice and the food was good. Entertainment was pretty good also. We enjoyed our vacation

Secrets Riviera Cancun
The staff were extremely helpful and so much fun to be around. Very friendly and gave our overall experience an even better feel. The pool entertainment of Ivan, Angel and Erik were so awesome, extremely attentive to my family of 10 and made the days so much fun. Armando the pool bartender was unbelievable and worked so hard. Alfredo and Victor the pool attendants at the breathless pool and Danny at the secrets pool were very helpful, attentive and knowledgeable which made our experience that much better. Luis the bartender at the Preferred club is the best bartender in Mexico. He is awesome with his drink knowledge, how fast he works and his friendliness while we were at the bar. Pasquale the waiter at the Spoon was great and very good at his job as well. Lastly, Jorge the manager was awesome. He really was attentive and every time he saw my family he would make it a point to say hello and ask if we needed anything. This was our second time at this secrets resort and we absolutely loved it again. The place is clean, views are amazing, pools are great, food is really good and the entertainment is very fun throughout the entire day and night. Highly recommend this resort.
