Wonderful stay
We have stayed at other Secrets resort locations and this one did not disappoint. Only a short drive 20-25 minutes from the airport. All the staff we interacted with during our stay were friendly, extremely helpful, and always so nice. The level of service was amazing. From the drinks made by Luis in the Preferred lounge to Daniel, Mario, Mar, Luis and Nedel by the pool, to the amazing Alberto at the Rosewater restaurant- each and every one made our stay special. Highly recommend the food at the Rosewater and all meal menus there had a variety with something for everyone. We had our best meals at this restaurant. The app was always up to date to keep you informed of the daily activities at Secrets as well as what was going on at Breathless next door. We never had to wait very long to be seated for dinner at any of the restaurants on the Breathless side. It’s definitely got a lot more activity going on if you want to get away from the peacefulness of the Secrets side. Our room was clean and beautiful with a gorgeous view and it was refreshed every single day along with mini fridge and coffee. Never had to worry about not getting a chair or towels at the pool. They do such a good job at helping with umbrellas and always having towels on hand, and ensuring that chairs which have been vacated are available for new people coming down to the pool. Pool and surrounding area was very clean. Overall a wonderful stay and highly considering returning in the future.

The people are vey nice. Make sure you ask for international brands. The food was very good. We liked that fact that you could order off the menu for breakfest. The lunch was always good. For example the salmon and shrimp dishes. Overall it was great .

The worst resort I’ve ever seen or experienced in my entire life. 0/10. If you can do negative stars, I would. Room had mold and dirty items, stuff wasn’t working, water smells like sewage and the sinks were dirty, construction going on next to our room and disturbing/loud. Seaweed everywhere with a bad smell, workers just sweeping it in the water and not fully cleaning it half the time. Food is the same appearance and taste as dog food, no exaggeration, I also go a bacterial diarrheal disease from this resort. Workers with attitude unless you tip them. Alcohol is fake and watered down. Terrible design of the resort and the crowd is extremely ghetto. I ate minimally only to survive and not starve and still got sick. No activities, they overcharge everything. Do not stay here, it’s not a vacation, it’s prison.

Amazing
The service was top notch and everyone made us feel so special (like we were the only people there) The resort was beautiful and very well kept. The restaurants had a great selection for even the pickiest of eaters. Overall experience was amazing and we will definitely be staying here again
