Royal tower
We stayed in the Royal Tower. We enjoyed a quiet breakfast and lunch every day we were on the property. Erica was the waitress/bartender. She was excellent. Edger in the cafe was very friendly and Sarah our butler was awesome. Everyone at the resort was very friendly and happy.

Villas are the way to go if you are empty nesters.
We are currently here and leaving tomorrow. We came for six nights. This is our second trip to this hotel. Our first was in 2021 at the Royal Tower, and now we are at the Villas. Jessica took care of us in 2021 and was the main reason we returned, and we requested her for this trip. Both trips were to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Jessica is phenomenal and sets the standard for customer service. A few other staff members mentioned for this trip are Elena, the housekeeper; Salvador, the waiter for the Villas at the beach; Pedro from the buffet; and Miguel from the entertainment, who all contributed to a memorable experience. I encourage this hotel's new management and owners to seriously consider promoting Jessica to help set the standard in customer service for all. We will return, and Jessica will be the driver for that decision.

Honest riview
i love this place but the food and drinks were not good. They only offer one type of beer which is dos equis and they only offer cheap alcohol. The food was just average but they have several places to choose from. I think you can find a better place when it comes to food and drinks but you will have to pay more but at the end of the day is worth spending more to eat better. the place is clean and safe and the staff is very friendly and they try when it comes to entertainment. If it wasn't for the food and drinks this place would be amazing.

Our Home Away from Home
We have been Royal Holiday members for over six years now and the Grand Park in Cancun is not just our home base, it's our favorite vacation spot. If you are looking for a beautiful facility that just continues to get better, with a staff that is second to none - you will find it in this amazing place - you don't need to look any further.

Cheap hotel for locals.
Please read to the end, I’ll try to surprise or shock you) The only thing you need to know about this hotel is that it is a very cheap and outdated hotel that is aimed at locals and not at guests from the US or Europe. This hotel has nothing to do with the words "royal" and "luxurious" in its name. The choice of dishes on the all-inclusive system is very, very meager and limited. Forget about fruits, berries, etc. But you won't go hungry because you'll always find potatoes, rice and chicken. The waiter may ask what you would like to drink and disappear forever, forgetting about you. Do you like coffee? Forget it. In the buffet you will only drink swill disguised as coffee brought by the waiter. There are no coffee machines available. Or maybe you like tea? Good luck finding boiled water. One coffee machine is upstairs in some VIP room (Members room as I remember). In normal hotels I freely used such machines in the buffet. The only thing I would like to mention is the hostesses at the buffet. They do their job very well. If you like fast food, you can find burgers, fries or pizza at a pool bar, and they will be prepared by a guy whose hands and fingers were touching dirty kitchen utensils a minute ago, and who will use the same hands to pick up a sausage for your hot dog or a bun for your burger. Hygiene when preparing food? It's not our business. I'm scared to imagine what happens in a closed kitchen if there is such a culture of cooking in front of and for guests. And I can go on for a long time... So far this is the worst all inclusive hotel in my memory. Only Italian restaurant I can recommend to visit I don't know about the cheapest room, but the more expensive room is quite acceptable if you don't mind hearing your neighbors. But forget about the minibar: no snacks, no alcohol, no juice, no sparkling water, just a couple of cans of soft drinks and local noname beer. Bottled water? Forget it. They have installed dispensers on floors (and not on every floor) and want you to use plastic bottles to fill them and drink this water from an unknown source and unknown quality. They motivate this by concern for the environment. LOL. Seriously? I have never seen a more stupid reason to hide the banal saving of money. Just go outside the territory of any hotel and look around how the locals care about the environment. Love watching tv - learn Spanish. All channels are in Spanish. Do you like to sleep in the morning? Be prepared to listen to loud music from your neighbors at 7am and no one cares. Do you like swimming in the sea? Be prepared to be told where you can swim in the sea and where you can't. Do you like hot showers? Forget it. You will be taking a summer shower. There is no real hot water in the taps. WiFi - Every 24 hours good luck winning a stupid game called "connect my device to WiFi". And many, many other small and not so small things. So this is a very cheap hotel. If you know what an all inclusive hotel and service should look like, I would suggest staying somewhere else for the same price. I have no idea how it is possible that this hotel can have such a high rating. As I understand it, the main goal of the hotel is to earn maximum money with minimum service and facilities. And don't let the hotel's possible standard response fool you, nothing will change. And the cherry on top: be prepared that you can take pictures of the staff without your permission. Why? Don't ask me…
