This has been the best resort we have ever been in. The way the staff make sure that you are taken care of is amazing , The steak house is amazing. Also Yahira the concierge is AMAZING

Our best vacation yet!
Amazing, relaxing, beautiful experience. Villa on the white sand beach. Beautiful hotel. But, what really made the trip exceptional were the people who cared for us. Yajahira our butler even took care of us on her day off (we didn't know! ). Our favorite "cabana waitress" Yajara. The Italian restaurant host Ricardo and morning waitress who's name I wish I could remember. We were treated like royalty and it has made this vacation the most special of all.

Honest review for this hotel Pros really lovely resort everyone was so welcoming big spacious rooms beautiful beach and pools really good drinks from the pool bar! iguanas everywhere which was really nice to see as i’m from the UK good prices at the gift shop, definitely get them in there instead of the flea markets Cons don’t fool for the presentation that they say you’ll get a discount for the activities, biggest waste of time. they told us it would only take 60 minutes max and it was about an hour and a half in that we said we weren’t interested if we had kept listening to what they said it would’ve gone on for a lot longer. they wouldn’t take no for an answer and proceeded to get 3 other colleges to try and convince us to sign up. And i don’t even think that we got this discount in the end. the snack bar by the pool is really good except for the fact that their is only one staff member serving and cooking for people. it’s a very popular place to eat and takes ages to get food for this reason. the guy looked exhausted. the adult pool is too shallow and the floor is really rough, me and my sister came out with lots of cuts from scraping our knees on the bottom of the pool. the food was okay in the buffet, a lot of the time it was cold or flavourless, there is a couple of good options in there but it could definitely use some work.

We had an incredible stay thanks to the amazing and friendly staff. Special thanks to Sarah, our wonderful butler, whose attention to detail made everything perfect. Big shoutout to Rogelio, Erika, and Edgar at the VIP bar-restaurant for their outstanding service and warm hospitality. You all made our trip unforgettable!

Amazing Stay!!!
We had a tremendous stay! We were pleased with the accommodations, the food and entertainment! Everything is clean and well maintained! We received top notch butler service from Yajahira Nic!!! Words alone cannot express how well she took care of us!!! She is truly The Best! Her teammate Jessica Martinez also was a huge help to us!
