    The best beach

The resort was very nice and the beach is gorgeous. There are no sargassum on the beach at all. The water was calm. This resort was surprisingly meet and beyond expectations. Can not wait until the next vacation.

    Lovely holiday

The staff at this hotel are really friendly. I need to mention Cody by the Baracuda bar and Gladys who supervises the restaurants. Their service was exceptional. Also Carmen and Edna who performed our treatments in the spa, absolutely bliss. The check in and check out process was smooth. Our room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Our particular room did look a little tired and was definitely on the dark side. There were only two lamps in the whole of the bedroom area. Bedside lights above the beds are definitely needed. We did have an issue with our air conditioning. However within 30 minutes of phoning it was fixed and working better than ever. The pool areas and beach are lovely. Just one criticism of the quiet pool, it's not that quiet as ball games are allowed in the pool. Food and drink are plentiful and delicious. My friend worked their way through the cocktail list and enjoyed every one.

    Simply extraordinary

Simply extraordinary! This hotel exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding — everyone was warm, friendly, and welcoming. A very special mention to our butler, Carlos, who was absolutely incredible. He was always there when we needed something — kind, courteous, professional, and extremely attentive. Carlos truly made our stay even more special. We can’t thank him enough! The waitstaff was exceptional, especially Rafael and YianFrank, who were simply the best in the world. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made every meal feel unforgettable. Another remarkable moment came from the Buffet Manager during breakfast, who went out of his way to prepare a special tea for my father, who had a cough — and even had it delivered straight to his room. That kind of thoughtful care and kindness was beyond what we could have imagined. The golf cart drivers were also incredibly kind and helpful, always with a smile and ready to assist at any time. When it comes to dining, we highly recommend the Italian and French restaurants — both offered delicious meals and excellent service. There’s also an amazing beachfront restaurant available exclusively to Preferred Club guests, which we had access to — and it was one of our favorite experiences. The drinks at the bars were top-shelf, and the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Everything was so well thought out and beautifully maintained. Honestly, we didn’t want to go back home because we had such a wonderful time. We’ll definitely return!

Exceptional customer service, thank you Ada and Edwin

Rewrite I wrote an honest review earlier about my experience on a resort. Overall this is an excellent place to go with your family. Consider it a one stop shop for everything that you need. The was one thing that stood out other than the beautiful beaches and accommodation, was the exceptional customer service. One person in particular stood out in t was our butler Ada. She was attentive and professional, and worked hard to make sure we had everything that we needed. And one word, she was phenomenal. We’re planning a visit again next year and I will definitely be asking for Ada! Also a huge thank to Edwin from the lobby!

The worst event planning team. Not good for private events.

After having to help the wedding planner to set up for my cousins wedding and asking her if she needed any help. She said she was all set and ended up breaking the crystal vases I rented and the hotel washed their hands and didn’t repay them. I had to pay $14,500 pesos for the broken items and they just said the wind knocked them over and therefore it’s not their fault. Even though the hotel was pleasant. The event staff was not professional at all.
