    Holiday at Mexico

    Hotel was amazing and very elegant, staff were very friendly and helped if needed, food was delicious and the nightly entertainment was good

    Just OK

    No options for early check in, you just need to wait around until 3pm for check in. The rooms are getting dated, you can see the wear and tear in the tile and woodwork of the rooms, pool area and roadways. It is a solid hour from the airport which can make travel to the resort more expensive.

    TRS Yucatán Sports Center

    TRS Sports Center: Archery and Rifle Shooting. ANGEL was our instructor and did a great job teaching us archery and rifle shooting. ANGEL was friendly and professional in his interactions.

    Favourite Restaurant Capricho

    We had a great stay at TRS and the Capricho was our favourite restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious (no matter if breakfast, lunch or the special Viva Mexico dinner), but the wonderful staff makes it truely special. Big shoutout to Laura, Ashley, Paulina and Montserrat who were outstanding. Thank you for everything - we are looking forward to coming back again!
