Jun 19, 2025Bad service with a wonderful smile, mainly at the Spa and front desk at the concierge! Fumigation Needed as well!
The location overall is beautiful and a paradise! However, organization and communication need a lot of improvement!

This Secrets did not quite meet our expectations in comparison with another Secrets that we stayed at in the Dominican. The AC in the room did not work well and the room was not cleaned well by housekeeping. We were not always given clean towels, nor were washcloths replenished. One night, we had to ask for more towels because we were only given one. Not all of the restaurants are open every evening, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the grounds have an amazing view of the water and you can catch beautiful sunsets. We appreciated that there was nightly entertainment. The drinks are made well and the staff treated us well. The pool cabanas were great and we ended up booking the same one 3 days in a row! It looks like they are making updates to the building exteriors, so it was a bit noisy at times, but the work they are doing is probably going to look nice once it's done.

you get what you pay for
While we enjoyed the pool, beach, and the food was tasty, our group was disappointed in the customer service. Upon arrival the bell captain was very friendly and welcoming but it seemed to not be consistent beyond that experience. There were several service mishaps throughout our trip such as not having our bathroom towels replenished, waiting for coffee refills for a lengthy time at breakfast, and inconsistencies in dress code policies at the evening restaurants. While we had fun because of the group we were with, we will not return to this resort.

West was the best!!! I love her her energy. I also loved Blaze he was Amazing 💓 I had amazing time. Can't wait to book my next trip.

Brilliant
Just got back to the UK had 2 weeks here brilliant stay loved it,rooms great all the reasraunts piano bar entertainment all the staff on the resort pool and beach brilliant always got a bed at any time, just need more bar staff on the bars,got to mention Philip the bartender in the piano bar top bar man works very hard all night,need more staff to help him ,had a great holiday will be back
