SOUTHWEST AIRLINES VACATIONS "ONLINE CHECKIN - I" Sweepstakes
Official Rules
No purchase necessary. This sweepstakes is being administered by Southwest Airlines Vacations.
1.	To Enter:  Sweepstakes runs from August 11- August 24, 2008.  Visitors to southwestvacations.com can enter to win by signing the guestbook on the sweepstakes page. All entries become property of the sponsor.  Entries must be received by 12:00 noon Central Standard Time on August 24, 2008.  Only one entry per person. No photocopied, mechanically or electronically reproduced entries accepted.
2.	Drawing:  On or about September 15, 2008, a random drawing from all eligible entries received will be conducted by Southwest Airlines Vacations. There will be two (2) Grand Prize winners who will be notified by e-mail and/or phone on or about 72 hours after random drawing takes place. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
3.	Prize:   Two (2) Grand Prizes. One (1) Las Vegas Vacation Package consisting of air fare on Southwest Airlines for two (2) people on scheduled service from the airport nearest the winner's residence served by Southwest Airlines to Las Vegas, NV, three (3) nights stay at the Bellagio (Salon Suite room category, valid for Sunday through Thursday only), tickets for two (2) to �O� Cirque du Soleil, and dinner for two (2) at FIX Restaurant (total dinner value of $200). Approximate total package value of $2,768. One (1) Disneyland� Resort Vacation Package consisting of air fare on Southwest Airlines for two (2) people on scheduled service from the airport nearest the winner's residence served by Southwest Airlines to either Los Angeles (LAX) or Orange County, CA, three (3) nights hotel accommodations (one (1) standard room)  at one of the Hotels of the Disneyland� Resort (as determined solely by Disney), two (2) 4-Day Disneyland� Resort Park Hopper�  Tickets, one (1) Character Breakfast for two (2), and Disneyland�  Resort Express Transfer for two (2). Approximate total package value of $2,091. Disneyland� Resort Vacation Package must be booked at least forty-five 45 days prior to the date of arrival. For each Grand Prize: Travel and lodging are subject to availability. Certain restrictions and blackout dates apply. All travel must be completed by September 15, 2009.  No substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfers of prize permitted. Grand Prize winners and companions must travel together on the same itinerary.
4.	Eligibility:  Sweepstakes open to all legal U.S. residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia.  Must be 21 years or older as of August 11, 2008. Employees of Southwest Airlines Co., The Mark Travel Corporation, Disney Destinations, LLC (�Disney�), The MGM MIRAGE Corporation, their collective subsidiaries and affiliates, and their immediate families (spouse and parents, children and siblings, and their respective spouses) and individuals living in the same households of such employees are ineligible. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. Sweepstakes subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to these official rules and accept decisions of the Sponsor as final. The promotion is offered in the United States only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law. Do not proceed in this site if you are not located in the United States.
5.	To Claim Prize:  Winner will be notified via e-mail and/or phone, and will be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release, which must be returned within fourteen  (14) days after receipt or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. If prize notification letter or prize is returned undeliverable or unclaimed, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing. Grand Prize winner's guest must execute a Liability Release, and, where legal, Publicity Release prior to the issuance of travel documents. If guest is under eighteen (18) years of age, a parent or a legal guardian must sign on behalf of guest.
6.	Limitation of Liability:  Neither Sponsors, The Mark Travel Corporation nor their affiliated entities, are responsible for printing or typographical errors in any sweepstakes-related materials; stolen, fraudulent, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, altered, or illegible entries; or entries that are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone failure of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections or fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission whether caused by Sponsor, user, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the process of submissions which may limit a participant's ability to participate in this promotion. Winner is solely responsible for payment of all federal, state, and local taxes on prize and for any travel or other expenses not specifically mentioned in prize description. Sponsor is not responsible for any damages or injury incurred by contestant as a result of winning. Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. By accepting prize, winner grants Sponsor the right to use his/her name and/or likeness for any advertising and/or promotional purposes without further compensation or permission unless prohibited by law. Winner is responsible for his/her own transportation to a Southwest Airlines origin city with scheduled flight service into Las Vegas, NV; Los Angeles (LAX), or Orange County, CA.  Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failure compromises the integrity of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. By entering this contest, all entrants agree to these Official Rules and that Sponsor has the sole right to decide all matters and disputes arising from the contest and their determination of the winner are final. Disney, its parent, subsidiary, related and affiliated companies and their respective officers, directors employees and agents shall be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses injuries, demands, damages, actions, and /or causes of actions which arise out of and/or in any way related to the prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the prize and/or the Promotion.
