"Discover The Flavor of America!" Sweepstakes Official Rules No purchase necessary. 1. To Enter: Sweepstakes runs from 7/01/08-1/31/09. Visitors to southwestvacations.com/flavororiginals can enter to win by signing the guestbook on the sweepstakes page. All entries become property of the sponsor and will not be returned. Entries must be received by 12:00 noon Central Standard Time on 1/31/09. Only one entry per person. No photocopied, mechanically or electronically reproduced entries accepted. 2. Drawing: On or about February 9, 2009, a random drawing from all eligible entries received will be conducted by Southwest Airlines Vacations. There will be five Grand Prize winners who will be notified by e-mail and/or phone on or about 72 hours after the random drawing takes place. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. 3. Prize: Five (5) Grand Prizes consisting of air fare on Southwest Airlines for four (4) people on scheduled service from the airport nearest the winner's residence served by Southwest Airlines to one of the following package destinations at winner's option, plus $1,000 in spending money: Las Vegas, Nevada; Orlando, Florida; Denver, Colorado; Phoenix, Arizona; Chicago, Illinois. 1) Las Vegas Spa Getaway Package - three (3) night deluxe hotel accommodations quad occupancy, and Shop & Spa package at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino's Spa by Mandara. Go Chicago Card for 5 days include: a full-color pocket guide and up to 20% value added savings on shopping, dining, and tour services, unlimited sightseeing with free admission to over 25 attractions such as: the Hancock building, the Navy Pier and much more. Also included admission to the following museums: Science Museums: The Field Museums, The Notebaert Museum, Museum of Science and Industry; Cultural Museums: The Art Institute of Chicago, Chicago Children's Museum, Museum of Contemporary Art, Swedish American Museum, and more; $1,000 spending cash and a car rental*. Approximate total package value of $3,756. *Car rental includes a midsize 4-door car for four 24-hour increments. Qualified Drivers must be at least 25 years of age, have valid drivers' license and have a major credit card in his/her name (car rental not provided in Las Vegas packages). Travel is based on availability, and must be completed by December 30, 2009. Blackout dates and restrictions apply. Actual values will depend on point of departure and airfare fluctuations. 4. Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to all legal U.S. residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia 21 years or older as of July 1, 2008. Employees of Southwest Airlines Co., The Mark Travel Corporation, Kraft Foods Global, Inc., their collective subsidiaries and affiliates, and their immediate families (spouse and parents, children and siblings, and their respective spouses) and individuals living in the same households of such employees are ineligible. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law. This promotion is offered in the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law. Please do not enter sweepstakes if you are not located in the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia. Sweepstakes subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. 5. To Claim Prize: Winner will be notified via e-mail and/or phone, and will be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release, which must be returned within fourteen (14) days after receipt or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. If prize notification letter or prize is returned undeliverable or unclaimed, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing. Grand Prize winner's guest must execute a Liability Release, and, where legal, Publicity Release prior to the issuance of travel documents. If guest is under eighteen (18) years of age, a parent or a legal guardian must sign on behalf of guest. 6. Limitation of Liability: Neither Sponsors, The Mark Travel Corporation nor their affiliated entities, are responsible for printing or typographical errors in any sweepstakes-related materials; stolen, fraudulent, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, altered, or illegible entries; or entries that are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone failure of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections or fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission whether caused by Sponsor, user, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the process of submissions which may limit a participant's ability to participate in this promotion. Winner is solely responsible for payment of all federal, state, and local taxes on prize and for any travel or other expenses not specifically mentioned in prize description. Sponsor is not responsible for any damages or injury incurred by contestant as a result of winning. Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. By accepting prize, winner grants Sponsor the right to use his/her name and/or likeness for any advertising and/or promotional purposes without further compensation or permission unless prohibited by law. Winner is responsible for his/her own transportation to a Southwest Airlines origin city with scheduled flight service to Las Vegas, Orlando, Denver, Phoenix, or Chicago. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failure compromises the integrity of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. By entering this contest, all entrants agree to these Official Rules and that Sponsor has the sole right to decide all matters and disputes arising from the contest in their sole discretion, and the determination of the winner is final. 7.
