Nevada Clean Indoor Air Act
Nevada voters have passed the Nevada Clean Indoor Air Act that prohibits smoking in many indoor public spaces. As a result, the new statute permits smoking in only four areas: smoking designated hotel rooms, gaming areas of the casino floor, retail tobacco shops, and certain stand-alone bars and night clubs where food is not served.
Smoking is not permitted in any other indoor public space, including: restaurants, lounges where food is served, hotel lobbies, elevators, guest room hallways, theaters, arenas, arcades, retail stores, meeting and convention areas, and other indoor public spaces.

REVOLUTION Lounge 'Ticket to Ride' - A psychedelic audio visual tribute to Cirque du Soleil’s LOVE. All ticketed guests will receive a complimentary admission to REVOLUTION and a two-for-one drink voucher included with their purchase of LOVE tickets. The Abbey Road Bar - This full service bar is located at the lounge entrance behind 10-foot tall letters that spell out 'REVOLUTION'. This 20,000-gallon saltwater aquarium is home to angelfish, puffer fish, tangs and other exotic sea creatures. One of the most elaborate and technically advanced aquariums in the world, the tank is 53 feet long, eight feet from top to bottom, and six feet from front to back. The acrylic used in the aquarium is 4 inches thick. The interior was carefully created to simulate an intricately detailed, coral reef. To preserve the living reefs in the ocean, no live coral is used in the tank.
