Southwest Vacations’ Travel Protection coverage inclusions:

Travel Protection Benefits: Before You Depart
Coverage provided by Southwest Airlines Vacations and The Mark Travel Corporation
  • Cancel for Any Reason: Receive a full refund less the cost of Southwest Vacations’ Travel Protection coverage and the cost of flights (issued as an airline credit for future travel*).
  • No Supplier Penalties or Fees: Hotel, rental car or activity penalties or fees will be waived when you make your change or cancellation at any time prior to departure. And, even nonrefundable hotels, rental cars and activities will be refunded to you*.
  • Hurricane Protection Benefit: If a hurricane affects your city of origin or destination prior to your departure, receive a refund* for your unused hotel, rental car and/or activities. The cost of flights will be issued as an airline credit for future travel*.
