Rapid Rewards credit is valid for the flight portion of a vacation package. Rapid Rewards Members will receive two (2) credits for each roundtrip flight reserved on southwestvacations.com.


To enroll in Rapid Rewards, complete the online enrollment form at southwest.com or call 800-445-5764 today. After completing the enrollment form, you will receive your account number. Provide this account number each time you fly on Southwest Airlines to receive credit for your flight. It’s that easy!


With Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards, the more you fly, the more you earn. After taking just eight roundtrips (or after earning 16 credits) in 24 consecutive months, a Rapid Rewards Standard Award will automatically be deposited in your account!

Members who receive 100 credits in 12 consecutive months become eligible for a Companion Pass that allows one person of your choice to fly free with you for an entire year.


The only thing easier than earning credits is redeeming them for your free flight anywhere Southwest Airlines flies. Simply visit southwest.com or call Customer Support and Services at 1-800-I-FLY-SWA to book the Award* travel.

Rapid Rewards is all about sharing the LUV, so Southwest Airlines makes it easy to transfer your Awards to friends and family. Just get the destination, travel dates, and flight times from the lucky person who will be using your Award, and book his/her reservation.

With your own MySouthwest® account at southwest.com, you can track your credits to see how close you are to earning a free flight.


Get double credit when you fly to or from Denver.
Get double credit when you fly into or out of Philadelphia or the DC area.
Get double credit when you fly into or out of Phoenix.
Get double credit when you fly into or out of Boston, Manchester, or Providence.
Get double credit when you fly between Austin and San Jose.

*The Rapid Rewards Award is free, but travel is subject to the government-imposed September 11th Security Fee of up to $10 per roundtrip. Travel good on Southwest Airlines published, scheduled service. Rapid Rewards Awards cannot be redeemed for Southwest Airlines Vacations packages.
