Southwest Airlines Vacations is dedicated to providing the best travel experience for our Customers.  We are proud to offer 24-hour traveler assistance and will help resolve any problem that may arise during your vacation.  Some situations could be out of our control, like the weather or mechanical issues, but we will do our best to resolve any situation.  You can count on us to be with you every step of the way. 

If you book your vacation with us and encounter any problems during your trip, we’ll work with our partners to make it right.  For example:

  • If for any reason your reservation is lost, or the hotel is overbooked, we’ll work directly with the hotel to get you a room in that hotel or a comparable one.
  • If you are not satisfied with the hotel for any reason, we’ll move you at no cost to another comparable hotel.
  • If your return flight is cancelled, we’ll do the legwork to secure a hotel for you.
  • If the type of car you reserved is not available when you get to the rental car counter, we’ll work with the rental car company to get you a car that is comparable or upgraded.
  • We do our best to avoid mistakes. However, we’ll take responsibility at no additional cost to you, for any mistake we made while booking your travel.
  • If an emergency occurs and you need to cut your trip short, we’ll do everything we can to help you get home.
