Description: Round-trip transportation between John Wayne/Orange County Airport and your Anaheim hotel, either direction.

Transportation Schedule:

Arriving Passengers: After collecting your luggage, proceed to the Transportation Courtesy Phone Board behind the baggage carousel and dial 33 on the Black phone. The agent will instruct you to the shuttle location. Representatives will be wearing a blue shirt or jacket that says SuperShuttle. Present your transfer coupon/voucher (which you will receive with your official trip itinerary) and SuperShuttle will put you on the next available transfer.
Departing Passengers: Transfers are available 24 hours daily. To arrange transfers from your hotel to LAX, please call SuperShuttle at 800-258-3826 a minimum of 24-hours prior to your desired pick-up time.

Length of Transfer: Length of transfer varies by hotel; however, this transfer will last approximately 30 minutes depending on traffic.

Documentation Instructions: Transfer coupons (vouchers) will be included with your trip itinerary.

Luggage Policy: Maximum amount of luggage allowed per person is: 1 carry-on and 2 suitcases. Any additional or oversized pieces will be charged an additional $10 per piece.

Child Policy: Child rates are available for children ages 3-11, children 2 and under are free of charge.

Cancellation Policy: N/A

Additional Information: This transfer service is valid for all Anaheim hotels.
