    Arriving Passengers: After claiming your baggage, proceed to the Colorado Mountain Express counter located near baggage claim. A CME representative will greet you and direct you to your waiting transfer to your lodging.

  • Hours of operation from Denver International Airport to hotel: 8:00AM-11:00PM.

    • Departing Passengers: You will need to confirm your return transfer at least 24 hours prior to departure by calling 970-926-9800.

  • Hours of operation from hotel to Denver International Airport: 4:15AM-6:15PM.

    • Length of transfer: Varies by hotel. Approximately 114 miles.

    Reservation Requirements: When booking round trip transfers, reservations for your transfer from the airport to your hotel are automatically made on your behalf.

    Documentation Instructions: At the time of purchase, reservations are confirmed electronically with the Colorado Mountain Express company. While you will not receive a voucher for this purchase, your confirmation will appear on your itinerary.

    Luggage Policy: Individuals are allowed 3 bags each. Additional charges will apply at check-in for oversized (i.e. bicycles) or excess luggage.

    Child Policy: N/A

    Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made inside of one day of travel incur a full penalty.

    Additional Information: Transfers are only booked as round-trip, not one-way. All guests must be traveling on the same date, same shuttle, and traveling to/from the same location.
