1. All rates include unlimited mileage.
2. All cars have air conditioning, automatic transmission and AM/FM stereo.
3. Minimum driver's age is 21 years except where state law provides otherwise. Valid driver's license is required.
4. Drivers under the age of 25 will be required to pay an underage driver fee of $25.00 per day and in the state of New York $49.37 per day.
5. A fee per day, per additional driver will be charged, except where state law provides otherwise.
6. Optional protection or coverage plans are available and payable to counter directly, if chosen. If coverage is declined, renter will be responsible for any damage to or loss of the car up to its full value, regardless of fault. See Rental Agreement for restrictions.
7. Minimum rental charge is one day (24 hours). Rental charges are based on each 24-hour period commencing at time of rental. National will not refund any unused hours or days. Any charge over the time reserved is payable by customer directly to National counter.
8. One-way drop charges may apply for rentals not returned to the location where the vehicle was rented. All one-way rentals must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Drop-off charges are payable at time of rental.
9. National reserves the right to refuse any request for rental. Renter must meet standard age, driver, credit and cash rental requirements. Renters are subject to a driving record check.
10. Most major credit cards are accepted and billed at time of rental. Cash deposit renters with prepaid vouchers are required to leave $25.00 per day or a maximum $100.00 per week in addition to any charges not covered by the voucher. Cash renters must meet current cash qualification requirements. When making a reservation for a cash rental, renter should contact National for information on National's current cash qualification requirements, which does include presenting a valid passport and roundtrip airline ticket at time of rental. Cash Qualifications may vary by location and are subject to change.
11. The lead name on the reservation must match the primary driver and credit card holder.

NOT INCLUDED:
State and local taxes, airport concession and license recoupment fees, airport and facility fees, fuel, child seats, additional driver and underage driver fees, optional products or coverage, charges exceeding prepaid amount and drop charges (if applicable).
