1. All rates include unlimited mileage.
2. Vehicles have automatic transmission, an AM/FM radio, CD player and air conditioning.
3. Minimum driver's age is 21 years. If under 25 years there is an additional surcharge of $25 per day. Valid driver's license is required at time of rental.
4. An additional charge of $9.00 per day is paid directly to Hertz for each additional driver (except in California and Nevada).
5. Personal Accident Insurance (PAI), Loss Damage Waiver (LDW), Liability Insurance (LIS) and Personal Effect Coverage (PEC) are optional and available from approximately $25.00 per day depending on the location and car class. If you should decline the LDW, you will be fully responsible when the car is returned for any damages up to the full value of the car, regardless of fault.
6. Minimum charge for a rental is two days (48 hours). No refunds are given for unused hours or days.
7. Returns on periods more than 24 hours are charged an hourly rate or daily rental rate, whichever is less. There is no grace period between times of pick-up and drop-off of car rentals.
8. One-way drop charges apply for rentals returned outside the renting location. Car classes C (midsize), D (sporty) & F (fullsize) may be returned to another location, but will be subject to a drop charge. All other car classes must be returned to the renting location.
9. Hertz reserves the right to refuse any request for rental, including requests for persons under age, persons not in possession of a recognized full and valid driver's license, persons with an unsatisfactory driving record or persons who are unable to satisfy credit or cash requirements.
10. Most major credit cards are accepted as a deposit. Customers without credit cards acceptable to Hertz will be required to post a substantial cash deposit in accordance with Hertz' cash deposit policy. Debit cards are not acceptable as qualification to rent.

NOT INCLUDED:
State and local taxes, state surcharges, airport fees, facility use fees, refueling services, additional driver surcharge, driver under age 25 surcharge, optional protection or coverage plans, drop charges (if applicable) and charges exceeding prepaid amount of rental.
